New Custom Townhome, community Gym and Pool

Let me get this out of the way first, will have to send a copy of your Diver's license and let me do a back ground check, if you fail the background, we simply refund your money. If you got a large group, this is bad choice for large groups, or if you want to sneak in pets and extra people, it will not work here. Also not the place to come in loud and drunk at 2am, that wont work either. Its very quiet community. Lots of other choices in Huntsville to accommodate you if you are the above, so not here please. OK now for the rest of you: Barely lived in Furnished and Outfitted Town home. 2-story with bedrooms on second floor. Every Bedroom and the Living room have a HD400k TV's linked to the internet. new furnishings, new mattresses, Large spaces. Beats the hell out of a hotel and cost you less (comparing to nicer hotels), very quiet and treed side of Huntsville while still being close to everything. Manager on site during most days. This is part of Huntsville Village XXL Townhome Rentals, very professionally managed. We have a nice pool and a very seriously equipped Gym for the complex (no kids in the gym please). The TV's in your home are linked to all the free channels (all smart TV's) there are extra HDMI inputs or may be cast to them with your Iphone.. or just log ion your own netflix or prime what ever you subscribe to. We have an active fiberoptic 1000mb modem in the pantry. We also do a lot of corporates rentals so the home is very-very equipped .
