This place is amazing! The host is very friendly and hospitable. Snack and simple breakfast foods are made available for guests. The bathhouse is very clean and has a seating area for visiting. There are plenty of barbecue pits and a fire pit with outdoor seating. The vintage trailers are awesome to stay in. It is very pet friendly. There are a dog park and dog run. It is 15 minutes from Marble Falls. All-in-all, excellent!

Fantastic long weekend!

Had a great trip to the hill country with friends for Labor Day weekend and the property is just great! Amenities are top notch and my dog absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a place in Spicewood!

We absolutely loved this place. Nice, quiet, and clean. The bath house was amazing! Wish we could have stayed another night!
