Charming country gîte in the heart of the Loire Valley

Enjoy the sweetness of life in the Loire Valley thanks to this elegant eighteenth century house completely renovated with care.

Authenticity and conviviality are the key words.

Its central location in relation to the various tourist sites of the region and communication axes (10 km from Chinon, 20 km from Saumur; A85 motorway at 12 km; SNCF stations in Chinon, Saumur and Port-Boulet/Bourgueil) will allow you to fully discover the splendour of the landscapes of the region.

Our property is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with cooking stove (gas stove and electric oven) and wood stove, a living room with television and office area with a wood stove, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin on furniture and a pantry with a washing machine, dryer and sink.

- Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a dormitory with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and two single beds of 90 x 200 cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin on furniture and a desk/reading area (which can be used as an extra room for baby - bed included).

If necessary and on request, a typical cellar of the region will allow you to shelter bicycles.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée . Le site est ravissant et très paisible, c'est très proche des sites d'intérêt comme Fontevraud, Candes St- Martin, Turquant...nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et je recommande vivement la location de cette maison.
