Holiday home with a panoramic view: Gray pearl - in the middle of the North Sea

Holiday house for up to 4 people. The house is located on a 500 square meter plot of land and was built in Danish style in wooden frame construction in 2015-16.
The open kitchen and dining area are located on approx. 60 square meters. The spacious shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, BD, toilet and sink. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room with tumble dryer. The two cozy bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and flat screen TVs. In the living room there is a 40 inch TV with a blue ray player and a HIFI system. The kitchen is equipped with modern facilities, with all base cabinets provided with pull-outs. On the surrounding wooden terrace, you can relax in the beach chair and enjoy the sunset.
The house is at ground level and barrier-free. Pets and smoking in the house are not permitted.

Schönes Haus mit tolle Ausstattung in maritimen Flair

Modern und maritim eingerichtetes Haus, in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Allerdings fehlen einige Fliegengitter, damit man besser durchlüften kann. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in der Nähe. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!

Traumhaft schönes Objekt

Das Haus kommt von außen mit einem "Understatement" daher, von innen besticht es durch die hohen Räume, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Ausstattung, die wirklich gar nichts vermissen lässt. Der Blick auf grasende Kühe, hoppelnde Feldhasen und ziehende Graugänse lässt einen sofort zur Ruhe kommen. Ideal für Fußgänger/Radfahrer ist auch die Nähe zum kleinen Hauptort der Insel.

Wir lieben es….

Sauber, zentral, gut eingerichtet und mit toller Aussicht auf saftige Wiesen mit Gänsen, Vögeln aller Art. Selbst ein Seeadler ließ sich blicken. Warm dank Fußbodenheizung. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

Zuhause im Urlaub

Bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Wärme, die das Haus bietet: mit liebevollen Details wurde aus dem Ferienhaus unmittelbar ein Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen. Praktische und stilsichere Einrichtung, perfekte Lage und reibungsloser Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Wir würden gern wieder in der Grauen Perle wohnen, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht! Traumhaus

Von der Terrasse fällt der Blick direkt auf weidende Rinder, Enten, Gänse und gelegentlich einen Reiher. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig mit allem was gebraucht wird. Die Betten sehr bequem und die weiteren Möbel im sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist zentral und sehr gut für Radfahrer geeignet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Oase der Ruhe

Die Ruhe, die Aussicht auf unverbautes Weideland und die Geräuschkulisse der Vogelwelt, die tolle Ausstattung und natürlich die Sauberkeit und der Komfort der Betten haben dazu beigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt in der grauen Perle zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Es war unser erstes Mal auf Pellworm und sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Gerne würden wir das Haus wieder mieten.

Graue Perle Pellworm

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Vom Ess-und Wohnzimmerbereich aus schöner Blick durch grosse Glasfront (Hausrückseite) auf weite Wiesen, die von Rindern, Feldhasen und zahlreichen Vögeln genutzt werden. Insgesamt ausserordentlich ruhige und idyllische Atmosphäre trotz Strasse, die an der Vorderseite des Hauses vorbeiführt. Freundlicher Empfang mit frischem Blumenstrauss. Aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Pandemie kein persönlicher Empfang und "Einweisung" in die Gegebenheiten der Wohnung, was aber auch nicht vonnöten war. Dieses Ferienobjekt kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Erholsame Urlaubstage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist genial. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Kann dieses Ferienobjekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

wirklich gelungener Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben 6 Tage im Ferienhaus "Graue Perle" verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und bietet die Möglichkeit für erholsame Tage auf Pellworm. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Traumurlaub - ruhig und unabhängig, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten.

Die "Graue Perle" ist als Bezeichnung nicht übertrieben - eine echte Perle! Top-Ausstattung, freundlicher Empfang mit netten Empfehlungen für den Urlaub auf Pellworm. Für einen Erholungsurlaub vom Berufsleben ist das genau die richtige Adresse, wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier.
