Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
Designed for groups of up to 10, this four-bedroom home is fully single-level with no stairs throughout. Four uniquely themed rooms give every guest a stay worth talking about - a Harry Potter bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, a Star Wars room with two twin beds, and two king suites each outfitted with plush beds, ceiling fans, and smart TVs. A queen memory foam pullout sofa in the living area rounds out the sleeping arrangements.
 
Master suite
The master bedroom is a calm retreat anchored by a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the screened patio and pool area, making early morning swims effortless. The ensuite bathroom features a bidet and a jetted soaking tub - exactly what tired legs need after a full day at the parks.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Granite countertops, a Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, GE refrigerator, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware are all at your disposal. A Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle cover morning routines, while a charcoal BBQ grill and full set of barbecue utensils are ready for outdoor cooking. Sit down together at the dining table inside, or move the meal out to the shaded patio dining area.
 
Entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser - pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and arcade games under one roof. In the living room, a 55-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable keeps everyone covered. Board games, books, and children's toys for all ages are provided throughout, plus a children's playroom for the youngest guests.
 
Outdoor living
The screened backyard centers on a private 16x32 ft heated pool - open year-round, 24 hours - with lounge seating and a shaded outdoor dining table surrounding it. The private hot tub is also available year-round, 24 hours, and is the only one in this community where hot tub heating is included with your reservation. A charcoal BBQ grill sits ready for evening cookouts, and weekly pool maintenance is included throughout your stay.

Fast Wi-Fi (259 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door mean you can handle what you need to without disrupting the rest of the household.
 
Community perks
Free resort access is included with your stay, giving you use of the community's tennis courts, splash pad, volleyball and basketball courts, clubhouse, and outdoor playground.
 
Good to know
Small pets up to 50 lbs are welcome, and service animals are always allowed. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy. A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and babysitter recommendations are available for families with little ones. The home features exterior security cameras at the front and back, both facing outward - monitored by ADT for the safety of guests and hosts. Breakfast is provided, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

The home has a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is conveniently located right off Highway 27 with easy access to I-4, making it a great commuter location. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Overnight street parking is only allowed with a valid parking pass issued by the HOA. Guests must notify us before check-in if they will need overnight street parking so we can arrange the required pass in advance.

Vehicles parked overnight on the street without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any towing fees or related issues.

Please note that overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
