Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a queen memory foam pullout sofa. Two king bedrooms offer calm spaces with smart TVs and ceiling fans. A Harry Potter bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, and a Star Wars bedroom includes two twin beds. Clothing storage, bed linens, room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for added comfort.

Outdoor living
A private outdoor pool and private hot tub, both available all year and open 24 hours, sit within a screened backyard that offers lounge seating and a shaded dining area. Pool views add a relaxing backdrop to the patio, and outdoor furniture and a private BBQ grill support easy meals outside. Free driveway parking for four cars and free street parking make coming and going simple.

Game room and entertainment
The air-conditioned game room includes a pool table, ping pong, and space for friendly competition. In the living area, a 55 inch HDTV provides access to streaming options including Amazon Prime Video, standard cable, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Board games, books, and toys for multiple age groups offer entertainment for younger guests.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes essential cooking basics, dining ware, and appliances such as a GE refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker options, dishwasher, Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, hot water kettle, blender, and toaster. A dining table and outdoor dining option allow you to choose the setting that fits the moment. Breakfast is provided.

Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door support work needs. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and bathroom essentials offer an easy stay. A free washer in the building and free dryer in the unit provide convenience for longer visits. Safety features include a smoke alarm in the living space area, carbon monoxide alarm outside the bedrooms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and two exterior security cameras monitored by ADT, facing outward only.
