**Welcome to Bearly Ruffin It, a beautiful vacation home tucked away in the Connestee Falls community!** This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers comfortable spaces for your group to relax and enjoy the mountains. The two-car garage provides convenient parking and a secure place to store bicycles, kayaks, and other outdoor gear.

The main entrance opens into the welcoming living area, complete with comfortable leather sofas, a gas log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with local channels available through a streaming app. The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests will need to prepare meals during their stay, including a microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a selection of pots, pans, and other cooking essentials. The dining area is conveniently located just off the kitchen and living room.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home and features a comfortable King-sized bed. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower level and share a full bathroom. The lower level also offers a second living space, giving guests additional room to spread out and relax during their stay.

Bearly Ruffin It provides multiple options for enjoying the outdoors. The covered deck is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, relax after a day of exploring, or enjoy dinner while taking in the mountain views. The propane grill is ready to use, and propane is provided. Just a short walk from the home is lake access with picnic tables and an easy spot to fish. Fishing passes are available for a small fee at the clubhouse pro shop.

Connestee Falls is a private, amenity-rich community with plenty to see and do without ever leaving the neighborhood! Guests can enjoy over 20 miles of private hiking trails, stocked fishing lakes, a seasonal community pool, golf, tennis, pickleball, and a playground. Bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy even more opportunities to explore the community's beautiful lakes.

Bearly Ruffin It is located less than 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard, making it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and local attractions while still having a peaceful mountain retreat to return to. When you're ready to explore beyond Connestee Falls, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, and countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and outdoor adventures are all within easy driving distance. Hendersonville is approximately 30 minutes away, while Asheville Regional Airport is about 40 minutes from the home.
