Close to all amenities, you leave the car in a dedicated and secure space and your holiday begins! You are a 5-minute walk from the centre of Font-Romeu, its shops, restaurants, and especially the departure of the gondola to access the resort.
This comfortable 80m2 renovated and very well equipped accommodation is located in a small family residence of 8 apartments with an outdoor space. Lovers of wide open spaces and landscapes, you will be seduced by the exceptional view from the living room. Each bedroom has an opening onto the outdoor space of the residence without vis-à-vis or road noise.
Composition: a spacious living room / open kitchen of 35m2 + 2 balconies, 2 beautiful bedrooms with 140x200 bed of 11m2, 1 bedroom with bunk bed + drawer 90x190 of 13m2, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a cellar of 8m2. Wooden shutters in the 3 bedrooms.
The open kitchen very well equipped on the living room includes: an induction hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a hood, a dishwasher, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a washing machine/dryer, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine and a fondue set.
4 TVs connected with wifi, each bedroom is equipped + the living room.
A locked cellar is included in the rental to store your ski equipment and you have an identified parking space in the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of the stay.
The handing over of the keys and their return will be done directly at the concierge and sheets / towels / tea towels / bath mats are not included but can be rented at the concierge 50m from the accommodation.
A ski rental shop is present in the same place.
Our pet friends are not allowed.
A ski bus shuttle stop is located a few steps from the residence and will take you to the gondolas.
The city centre is nearby and all shops are within walking distance. A large supermarket 3km away if needed.
Rentals during the months of December to April and July / August are by the week. For any shorter stay, please ask me. Arrival Saturday from 4pm, departure Saturday before 10:00am.
Except during the above periods, weekend rental is possible from Friday 4pm to Sunday 11am, the minimum stay is 2 nights, as well as the rental during the week minimum three nights between Sunday and Friday. Additional nights possible on request.
