Shorewood 105 is a completely renovated, newly decorated first floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Hilton Head Island's most famous south end: Forest Beach. Shorewood is a gated complex in a premier location, a short walk to the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. Also within a short walk is the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Shorewood offers an oceanfront pool, toddler pool and heated spa. The pool is heated approximately March 1 – April 30 and Oct 1 – November 30 and the spa is heated year round.
This condo features a rear deck with views of the ocean, and direct access to the lawn and private beach pathway. King size bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a great stay in Shorewood 105. The complex is fabulous with a nice, large pool and easy beach access. This is a great location for families, in particular.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and everything seemed fresh and new. It was great being on the 1st floor as well with the grandkids . . . our own little yard and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. A+++++

Excellent Week at 105!

We had a great time at 105. We’ve stayed at numerous Shorewood properties and not only was this unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, but the location is very convenient being on the first floor (especially with little ones). We had a minor issue with a missing remote upon arrival and the Seashore staff was there fixing it within minutes for us. We were there during an unusual cold spell so the pool was a bit too cold to swim until the last day or so, but we still had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip to Hilton Head. This was our family's second year coming to Shorewood and the first in this unit. We brought 4 kids (ages 8, 6, 4, and 2) and 2 adults, and we were very comfortable in the 2 bed 2 bath unit. The second bathroom actually doubled as a bedroom for our toddler, as we were able to place our pack and play inside the shower. Having a first floor unit was an awesome perk for our family, because t was easy to get all family members with our Vaykay beach gear out to the beach each day. Sitting on the porch in the evenings was very relaxing. Music could often be heard from a pavilion a few roads over, and it made for a fun beach atmosphere without being too loud. it The recent upgrades in the condo were nice, and we felt very much at home. Our only complaint about the condo was that the unit didn't seem super well cleaned before we arrived, as the floors made our feet black after only a few minutes walking around. Thank you for allowing us to have 7 wonderful days in Hilton Head Island. We can't wait to come back next year!

Lovely week!

We booked this condo last minute (day before!) and we were very pleasantly surprised. Amazing location (beach view and steps to pool). It was our first visit to HHI and we loved the coligny park convenience. Would definitely recommend!
