- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) that can be combined to form a 180x190 double bed, a table football table
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190) that can be combined to form a double bed (180x190)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, double childcare equipment, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m² with swing for the children.
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
