Amazing location in the heart of Milwaukee's Water Street! Beautiful condo with a modern flair and top of the line furnishings. West Elm, Article and Crate and Barrel. Located steps from the river and a short minute walk from the lake, nature lovers will enjoy. Restaurants, bars, cafes, museums, shops and breweries all within minutes.

In unit washer and dryer, TV with netflix, Youtube TV, Hulu etc. Office desk for work and open lofted ceilings throughout create a large comfortable feel and great living room for relaxing. Plenty of storage. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Modern fireplace! Barstools for hosting or eating breakfast.

One of the only units in this area that beats hotel pricing! All utilities included.

Overall the property was very nice. Should take a look at some lighting fixtures as all are not functional

Great location, easy spot to get to lots of attractions. Has some issues when I checked in but Jacob was extremely responsive and issue was resolved same day. My only concern with the unit was that you have to climb 28 steps to get to it. That was not listed in the description so be prepared to get your steps in each time you go out and come back in. I also concur with the previous review about the lighting. Some didn’t work and others were too dim, a few more lights would be a good enhancement.
