Guests will have access to the main villa and the separate bedroom. Access to the studio is optional for groups of more than 6 people.

The rental price includes only the end of stay cleaning. If guests require additional cleaning services, CAP SXM, our concierge service, will offer them for an extra charge. Villa Agave is equipped with a clean water tank to ensure uninterrupted water service during your stay, as well as a generator. Smokers are not permitted inside the villa. Appropriate ashtrays are provided on the terrace. We recommend renting a car. Villa Agave is surrounded by a large, gated tropical garden and has ample private parking for several vehicles.
