Holiday bungalow in Butjadingen-Fedderwardersiel - right on the North Sea

The 60 square meter, comfortably equipped bungalow with parking space directly in front of the house is located in the holiday park in Fedderwardersiel / Butjadingen. From here it is only a few steps to the cutter harbor with restaurants and shops - here you can get your (pre-ordered) rolls in the morning.
It is less than a 5-minute walk to the dike / North Sea. The nearby North Sea lagoon (1.5 km) and the spa Burhave (2 km) with the play barn, the beach and. V. A. m. are also easy to reach on foot.
The house was completely renovated in early 2017 and consists of a living room with open dining area and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. The partially covered and sheltered terrace with seating and table as well as the adjoining meadow property face south towards the sun. Ideal for an outdoor breakfast or quiet hours in the sun.

die Heizung ging nicht

die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern.Aber bei unserem Aufenthalt war so einiges im argen und defekt.- die Nachtspeicher Heizungen haben nicht aufgeladen, am zweiten Tag waren sie ganz kalt,- die Heizung im Bad ließ sich nicht einschalten, das Display blieb "tot",- die einzige Steckdose im Bad hatte keinen Strom,- es war keine Verbindung zum WLAN möglich (Passwort falsch).- der Fernseher hatte auch keine Internet-Verbindung.Heizen mussten wir mit dem Heizlüfter.Ich hatte mehrmals Kontakt mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, nachdem wir am zweiten Tag alle Mängel entdeckt hatten und uns aus der Ferne keiner weiterhelfen konnte und es vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner gab, schrieb ich das wir über einen Preisnachlass reden müssen.Daraufhin rief mich die Vermieterin sehr aufgebracht an und hat mich circa fünf Minuten "rund" gemacht.Unfassbar und ohne Worte.

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Alles super sauber und der kontaktloses Kontakt verlief unproblematisch und angenehm. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm, super nett und entgegenkommend. Alles in Allem ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen.

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus, sauber und es war alles da ( Küchenutensilien, etc). Familienspiele für drinnen und draußen. Ruhige Lage und es war optimal zum Fahrrad fahren. Gerne wieder. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in dem Ferienhaus sehr spontan über Pfingsten verbracht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert, ebenso wie die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Alles war wie beschrieben und besser.

Schöne, rustikale Ferienwohnung

Mitten im Feriengebiet gelegen. Das Haus ist eher rustikal als modern eingerichtet, was aber ja nicht schlecht ist. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Eigentümern und der Verantwortlichen vor Ort läuft etwas holprig, aber sie läuft und Service vor Ort klappt.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Woche war leider zu kurz. Das Häuschen ist in einem sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Zustand. Die Betten waren klasse, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Und neu ist sie auch. Tolles Bad, zwar etwas klein aber sehr ansprechendes Inventar. Vor allem die liebevolle Begrüßung und die schöne Deko haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Findet man wirklich selten mittlerweile. Würde es wieder jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wochenende in Butjardingen

Zusammenfassend war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Ferienhaus. Alles was man sich denkt war vorhanden und auch die nötigen Informationen zum Check-in und Check-out waren mehr als nur gut. Die Küche war optimal ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Die Fewo war insgesamt sehr schön, passende Größe, sehr gut ausgestattet und zu dem Zeitpunkt auch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren wenig vorhanden aber relativ nah gelegen. Die Nordseelagune, ein absolut toller Strand-Wasserpark hat uns total überzeugt, leider ist die Entfernung mit Kleinkind von knapp 2km weit entfernt.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus in Fedderwadersiel. Das Haus war super und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten und können es daher auch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
