The Conner Room, The Lakeside Inn at Dale Hollow

The Lakeside Inn at Dale Hollow is the perfect getaway for families, outdoor adventurers, and lake lovers. Newly renovated in 2021, The Conner Room [king room] offers a cozy king memory foam mattress, coffee bar, highspeed internet, smart tv, and amenities all in a stylish and clean space.
Located 3/4 of a mile from Sunset Marina guests can experience all that Dale Hollow Lake and the Obey River Recreational area have to offer.

We are right off of highway 111. Sometimes road noise (especially with trucks) can be loud! We provide white noise machines in the room for guest convenience.

Each guest room allows parking for one car (or one behind the other). Additional parking, if it is not reserved for boats, can be found on the side and behind the building.
Room names are located immediately to the right of your door, under the light. A keyless keypad will be used for entry and either we, or Airbnb will send you a code for access when your booking is confirmed.

While your hosts don`t live on the property, we do have a maintenance and property manager on call. You will be provided his contact information when your reservation is confirmed.
Please abide by check in and check out times. A late check- in is no issue as you will be provided your own door code.
We have put a lot of love and attention into remodeling the Lakeside Inn and want guests to enjoy our rooms for years to come. Please don`t host any parties or events, or bring more guests than you requested for your reservation.
We know that pets are family and because of that, almost all of our rooms are pet friendly. We do ask that you mind your family member`s muddy paws and make sure that they don`t do damage to any of our furnishings. A $30 pet fee will be added if you want to bring your furry friends! Please no more than two pets per room and only in the designated `pet friendly` rooms. If our cleaner finds that you did not disclose your furry friends when you booked your reservation, we will unfortunately have to double the pet fee.

Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. While we have done everything possible in our renovation to provide soundproofing for our rooms, loud tvs and voices might travel. Please be courteous of those staying in the rooms around you.
We ask that if you need to smoke, you please go to the covered pavilion in front of the building. Please throw away cigarette butts in appropriate bins provided. An extra $100 cleaning fee will be added if a guest smokes inside of their room.
