Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This one was pretty bad. I normally don't write bad reviews, but I must for this property.
1. Host spam called me at 1am the night before check in to see when we'd arrive. I had previously community the ETA.
2. It's supposed to be a non smoking facility but the apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke.
3. When we arrived(after the agreed time), we had to wait almost 25 minutes on the heat for her to let us in.
4. Once in the place, one bed has no sheets and the other looked like it was about to break down. The sofa had hair and stains. The coffee maker was left dirty, The floor had hair on it. There was a broken tv wrapped in plastic left on the dining room table.
5. The windows face the streets with no security and the street we were on didn't look like the safest around and there were people hanging out front smoking.
The host who greeted us was nice enough, but there were just too many problems with the apartment. I asked for a refund due to this and they declined it.
