Private Outdoor Shower Area. 12 bicycles with helmets to ride in quiet neighborhood nestled behind Colliers Nature Reserve. Beach Gear: 10 Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart, Beach Cooler, 2 umbrellas, canopy tent, 2 boogie boards and more. Two outdoor dining areas, 4 indoor dining options. BBQ Grill with two tanks of propane included.

2400 Sq. ft. 4 bedroom with 2 full and 1 half bath. Heated pool with in-ground spa. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. All bedroom beds are equipped with new Tuft & Needle mattresses. Beachy modern design and feel. Comes with all the beach gear you would need for a great stay. There are 13 bicycles with helmets available to choose from for adults and children.

Very close to the beach. We've included all the necessary beach gear so you can enjoy the beach without any worries. 12 Bicycles with helmets let you enjoy the outdoors in our quiet neighborhood with miles of road to travel. The heated pool with in-ground hot tub is our most popular feature. Also NO BUGS with the large pool cage covering the entire pool patio.
