Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is 9am. Take out all Garbage, Empty the Refrigerator and Dishwasher. Check for Phone charger's. Log-out of any App's on the Tv's, Netflix, Disney etc...
Check the Washer/Dyer, Dresser's and under all Bed's for Cholthing, Shoe's, Toy's etc.. Check you bags for the TV remotes. It's easy to accidentally pack them in your luggage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unit #1719, located 17th floor. Please take out all garbage. Garbage is located beside elevator. Checkout is 10 am. Absolutely no smoking.
Guest's are responsible for additional garbage bags, toliet paper rolls and paper towels. No pets allowed.

Everything was exactly as pictured. The location to the beach was perfect and the pools were great. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to a small issue we had. We checked in late, after business hours, but the security guard had all of our passes and we were able to check in with ease. Overall a great experience.

The condo needs updating. The drawers with silverware and utensils in them were dirty. Everything was dusty. Very little furniture, not enough to sit 6 people and it was dirty looking. The patio had just a few chairs with one of them being messed up and couldn’t sit in. You’re supposed to use black wash clothes for makeup, which wasn’t provided like was told. The host told me he would have some delivered but never did. The sheets felt like sand paper. To me the condo just looks like they don’t care and just have the place to make money. They don’t have enough elevators for the amount of people that stay there. We had to wait most days 30min to get on the elevator.

Loved this vacation, me and my friends had been planning to coming to FL once we all got above 21. This was one of the few that was 21 to book, the condo was beautiful and the resort was amazing. Nicholas was an awesome host. This is a memory and experience I would recommend to everyone.

The property needs updating. A few cusions on bar stools and dining table. Signage about not staining towels,use black make up towels, none there. Cookware, very worn. We were not told there would be construction going on everywhere. Very inconvenient and noisy. Outside pool had no water in it.

We could never get the TVs to work. There were several remotes but none of them worked the TV. Even the ones in the bedroom didn't work. We did try to get the host to help but he didn't know. He said he would send someone, but no one ever came. There was no pantry. Everything had to be kept out on the counter.

The condo was like the pictures, wasn’t anything fancy but we knew that and was okay with that! It fit us well and accommodate us great. The property itself is a nightmare. The parking garage is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced especially for a larger truck like ours. The elevators makes you want to stay elsewhere. It was a decent experience at this resort but definitely goes on our list of not staying there again.

The condo exhibited several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including stains on the couch, mold present on both the shower curtains and ceiling, a ripped shower curtain, unpleasant odors emanating from the sink, a noticeable dip in one of the beds, and holes in the bottom of the bunk bed mattress. There were needles on the ground of the parking garage.

Not the best I’ve stayed at, definitely not the worst

Seems a little outdated. Could maybe use a good deep clean. My grandsons feet were black after only 10 minutes there. (He’s 15 months). A good cleaning and some fresh furniture would help. Had some beach chairs and toys available which was nice. No spatula to flip pancakes. Second bedroom bed was very comfortable to me. Son and daughter in law said master was not. Great location right next to pineapple Willy’s. Overall, great vacation. Just was quick to reply to any messages.

Amazing view, perfect cleanliness, everything was great! The only three things we complained about was 1: pool closing at 10 2: the parking garage going all the way up to the 10th floor and back down was horrible lol 3: waiting for elevators when we got there and when we checked out was bad and took forever lol.

The floor was dirty like it had not been mopped in weeks, my 1 year olds legs was completely black with only being put down for about 15 to 20 mins to unpack. There was 2 vape pins found under the master bed. The king bed slept horrible like a thin sheet on a piece of plywood. Other than that it was stayable. The pool is a little strict with their rules but once you got to know the staff it wasn't that bad.
