Gite "Chez Santia

Karine, Fabrice, and Lola (15 years old) welcome you all year round in their 27m² cottage completely renovated in the autumn of 2018. In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to live for a couple, a family with children, friends travelling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4 .
The accommodation
The cottage "Chez Santia" consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a television, a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, minioven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), a sleeping area with a 160 x 190 bed (designed to be separated into 2 beds of 80 x 190 on request), a bathroom with a shower and a sink, separate toilet and a cupboard (ironing equipment).
Through the French window of the living room you will have access to a terrace equipped with a small garden furniture and you will be able to admire the view of the Sauldre. It will also be possible to enjoy Karine and Fabrice's enclosed garden, with games for children (swing, trampoline...), a chicken coop and a small vegetable garden in season. You will be able to see the family cat, Haribo, pass by.
Breakfast is not included. On the other hand, coffee, tea, infusion, sugar, and butter (in individual portions) will be at your disposal in the kitchen area. The bakery and supermarket are located 2 minutes walk from the cottage.
The cottage "Chez Santia", by its proximity to the Sauldre, is surrounded by ducks, two faithful geese, herons... and our cat and chickens. This is the reason why we accept animals as long as their presence is compatible with the environment
Karine and Fabrice provide you with free baby equipment (a cot, a high chair, a potty, a toilet reducer), a board game trunk, a barbecue, a raclette machine, a stone, bicycles (2 men's mountain bikes, 1 women's mountain bike, 1 children's mountain bike), and on request, you can have access to a locked garage, for your hunting and riding equipment or for your motorcycle or bikes. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook (salt-pepper-oil-vinegar) as well as washing-up liquid and hand soap. In the bathroom, shower gel and shampoo are at your disposal.
Cleaning is included at the end of the rental, but you will find a vacuum cleaner, a broom and cleaning products if you wish to maintain the cottage during your stay.
