This was supposed to be a fun reunion weekend of old friends from college, enjoying golf in the area and relaxing after using the pool on the property. While we still enjoyed the weekend, catching up on each other's lives, the stay on the property was one of the more unpleasant experiences I can remember at a rental property. The main reason that we booked this place was to be able to utilize the pool, and while I realize that it clearly states it does not open until May, since we would be only one weekend earlier, I thought it was at least worth a shot to ask a month in advance. The property manager confirmed that she would indeed have this done for us, which sealed the deal as to why we stayed. When we checked in, this was not the case, and it was still closed. After reaching out to the property manager, asking why it still may be closed, I was met with extremely frustrating responses and actions. There was seemingly very little effort by the property manager to get the pool open, though there was the month of April to do so, and when her hands became tied and it could not be completed, she relayed that I knew this going it that it would be closed, going against what we initially agreed upon. Additionally, the only compensation offered was a refund of 100, which I found to be highly insulting considering we would not have stayed at this property if it were not for the pool. It seemed like we were tricked into staying here, knowing the pool was never going to be open.

Thank you for staying. Yes we did make arrangements to have the pool opened and were told by our pool company it would be done the 24th. As explained the pool company let us know they had made a typo and it was supposed to be done the week of the 26th. We did try to have the pool opened for your stay but due to circumstances that we explained we couldn’t. We were extremely sorry that we did not have the pool open for you and decided to offer you a refund. You did not accept or counter offer the refund. Mistakes happen and we had very open communication about the issue that happened.

Nashville family trip

There were 8 of us in our party. We came to see the sites of Middle Tennessee. This house easily accommodated our group and was in a great location. The floor plan of the house is conducive to large groups and has all the amenities that you need. The property was spotless. The hosts are great and communicated early and often. The pool is perfect for families with kids or adults who just want to hang outside.

The home is beautiful & location is great for eating & shopping. We enjoyed the pool, pool table (pool sticks need tips), & the table was perfect for playing cards. We went to softball games during the day & could come back to the house in the evenings to relax.

We came to Nashville to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time. The pool area was our favorite place to relax. Plenty of sun and shade! Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

We booked this property for a family Easter getaway. The property was just as described in the listing. It was also consistent with the reviews. Property was spacious and had more than enough room for our party of 7. The floors did have some kind of residue on them which made your socks stick a bit. The stay would have been a bit more comfortable with a few more towels, blankets and dishes. Host was extremely responsive to all communication. Overall was a very good experience.
