The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers a spacious living room with a comfortable pull-out couch, balcony with a wonderful view and a large TV.
The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and extractor hood, refrigerator with a 3-star compartment, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

There is a spacious bedroom, shower and separate toilet.

You are welcome for an additional charge of 7.50 euros per person / day
Book our extensive breakfast buffet at any time.

WiFi is free.

You will definitely like the comfortable location:
Quiet, but still close to the town center with short distances to shops, banks, restaurants and spa gardens. A bakery with an extensive range of baked goods is located next door.
In the neighborhood you can take massages and mud baths for your health.
In 2 minutes there is a hotel with a large swimming pool and a wonderful wellness department.
Located directly on the hiking trails to the Hörnle and the Hörnle chairlift and directly on the Bodensee-Königsee cycle path, you will find yourself in beautiful nature after a few steps. In winter the Hörnle-Bahn offers cozy skiing fun and a wonderful toboggan run. In summer you can go on long hikes here.

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war großzügig ausgestattet und hatte einen besonderen Charme. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ferienwohnungen war ich überrascht, wie gut ausgestattet diese war. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Gastgeber sehr nett! Einzig das WLAN hat nicht sonderlich gut funktioniert, aber da man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, war das halb so schlimm. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter! 👍

Schöne Wohnung mit allen was man benötigt

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Bemängeln würden wir den Internetzugang da dieser alle 24 Stunden erneuert werden muss.

Praktische Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung liegt praktisch, mit dem Auto sind viele Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Sie ist außerdem sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Wunderschöne Umgebung im Herzen von Bayern

Wir hatten eine kleine Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss, mit schönem Balkon und traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Raumaufteilung war ein wenig suboptimal ( Toilette ging rechts durchs Schlafzimmer ab und Dusche links ) aber das konnte man womöglich nicht besser lösen. Dennoch war es sehr gemütlich. In der Küche war alles was man brauchte, für mich war das Gefrierfach existenziell ;-) Das Holzbett war wunderschön, aber mal zum höher aufsetzen, wegen der schönen Verzoerungen nicht geeignet. Unsere Tochter schlief im Wohnbereich, die da auch mal ihre Privatsphäre genoss und wir somit vom den dortigen Fernseher nichts hatten. Das alles ist aber nicht der Rede wert, die Gastfamilie war sehr freundlich und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, außer die ersten beiden Tage Regen, aber da kann ja bekanntlich niemand etwas für 😊

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer großzügigen FeWo

Wie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der FeWo Lengdobler. Sehr nette Vermieterin unkomplizierter Check-in/ Check Out Vorgang. Zur FeWo selbst: gut gelegen im Ortskern mit Bäckerei/Restaurants und Eck, der Hausberg Hörnle sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit gemütlichen Sofa und moderner Küche. Großer Balkon mit herzlichen Blick auf die Berge. Schlafzimmer groß, mit den Holzdecken vllt etwas dunkel, aber viel Platz für Gepäck etc. Schönes helles Tageslichtbad nur Dusche und ein extra WC. Parkplatz hinterm Haus war immer vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Bad Kohlgrub sind. Einzig keines Fauxpas der passierte: die Kurtaxe war von uns bereits vor Ankunft überwiesen worden. Am Abreisetag wurden wir nochmals zur Kasse gebeten. Da wir nicht daran dachten haben wir die Taxe nun leider doppelt gezahlt...

Idyllischer Kurzurlaub

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, nur ein paar Schritte zum Bäcker, Dorfladen, Apotheke etc. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in Bad Kohlgrub.

Unsere Gastgeberin ist eine nette ältere Dame, die sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht ist. Wenn man die Ferienwohnung gebucht hat, sollte man unbedingt das Frühstück dazubuchen. Für diesen Preis und Auswahl bekommt man das Frühstück wie in einem 4* Hotel geboten. Wir werden in diesen Haus sicherlich nochmal Unterkunft buchen.

Sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet

Ich habe mit meinen Kindern in der Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .Die Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und für Fragen offen .Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort hin fahren .Wohnung war auch ausreichend bestückt .

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es gab auch sonst keine Probleme, Negativ ist das Internet mit zeitticket, was bedeutet, dass man sich ständig mit jedem Endgerät neu ins Internet mit Kennwörtern einwählen musste!! Das geht besser. Auch sind die knappen, kleinen Parkplätze zu bemängeln.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in den Ammergauer Alpen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist ein wunderbar ausgebautes Dachgeschoss. 2 sehr große Räume, Wohnzimmer-Küche und Schlafraum, mit Bad und Dusche sowie getrennten WC. Vom Balkon aus, kann man die Alpen sehen. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betreiberin ist eine sehr nette ältere Dame, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfbereit. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub geniessen.
