Lovingly furnished apartment in a Mediterranean style

The apartment has an east terrace and is ideal for 2 people.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a de Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, as well as a microwave, oven / ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and a cozy counter with bar stools in the kitchen area!

The separate living and sleeping area with a view of the garden has a TV, DVD and radio
fitted!

You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden in the sun or in the shade of our walnut tree! In the garden there are two loungers, sufficient seating, a fire basket and a grill for you!

The Ammersee is in about 25 minutes. Reachable on foot, in just 5 minutes you are on the König-Ludwig-Weg and in 15 minutes on the Ammersee-Höhenweg. The bus stop is approx. 50 meters away and a bakery can be reached in 5 minutes.

Eine Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Sie ist ein wenig dunkel. Dafür ist der Terrassenplatz vor der Wohnung idyllisch und die beiden Enten I'm Garten sind allerliebsten.

Begrüßt wird man von einem Laufentenpärchen, dass durch den mediteran angelegten Garten streunt. Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man brauchte. Die Küche ist ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand von Dießen ermöglicht eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Der Ortsbus fährt fast vor der Haustüre. Nur leider nicht in den Abendstunden. Zu Fuß benötigt man aus der Ortsmitte eine halbe Stunde. Einziger Nachteil sind die entfernter liegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber da man ja eh die Umgebung erkundet, lässt sich das gut in den Tagesablauf einpflegen. Ein Rad wäre hilfreich, um morgens beim Bäcker Brötchen einzukaufen. Wir hatten leider keines dabei.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht - insbesondere eine super ausgestattete Küche. Terrasse und Garten habe ich sehr genossen mit den gelegentlich vorbeispazierenden Enten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr angenehm.Gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder!

Die Fewo und der Garten ist ein Wohlfühlort, bei dem man jeden Tag etwas Neues entdecken kann. Hier findet man alles, was man braucht, einschließlich Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Wir waren nur 3 Tage da, kommen gerne für eine längere Zeit wieder.

Herzlicher Empfang, super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Besonders für unseren Bedarf - selbst kochen - Zubehör in der Küche alles vorhanden. Toller Garten. Prima Lage, um auch andere Seen zu besuchen, z.B. Pilsensee, Dietlhofer See, Starnberger See. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Ein großer Garten, der viele Besucher beherbergt wie Enten, Elstern und Raben, lädt zum Beobachten und Entspannen auf der eigenen Terrasse ein.
