This house is perfect for our extended stay in OKC for the Morgan Grand National! Plenty of room and the pool table is an extra plus also the fenced yard for our dog is huge so she gets a little freedom after being tied at the show all day

Great stay for concert

We came up for a concert at the Paycom Center and the house was perfect. Plenty of beds/ rooms, something for the kids to do with pool table, darts, cards, and a shirt drive to our event venue. Thank you!

The beds were comfortable and property clean enough extras like pots and pans and towels were good.My only downside is the property was a little run down as you would expect for an older home, some of the outlets I was reluctant to use.

My listing clearly shows my property is not brand new. My suggestion for you please communicate with host before booking about how old the house is? You saw the pictures of my properties and booked on the basis of that. You gave 4 stars only for old house. Don’t make sense at all. You booked old house and give 4 stars for booking old house. You don’t find any other issues about my property except old house. You mentioned house is clean and plenty of appliances and towels.

Great place, easy location

We had a great stay, loved that this local was a qick access to the highways to get around. Oklahoma City to visit while we were there. Property had everything you could need besides a couple of kitchen thing (but not necessary) that i would have liked but other then that i have no complaints. The backyard is big my kids played soccer in it. The house was comfortable, as if you where home. I would rent again!

Pros: communication with hostEasily check in/out, great location for proximity to many great attractions, quiet neighborhood, 4 separate bedrooms, beds clean, pool table,Plenty of parking space Cons: house is very dated and even though property seems as clean as possible, things are just old and worn in general areas. The kitchen is very small and not ideal for trying to cook for a large family. Kitchen is limited on cooking supplies…so if planning to use the kitchen much, bring some of your own supplies and pre prep food to optimize cooking. Only really room for one person in the kitchen preparing at a time. Also, dishwasher is tiny, so be prepared to do a lot of dishes.Overall, we would still recommend this location, especially if you plan to eat out rather than cook on property. If it weren’t for cooking space and how dated the property is, I would have given it a 5 star.

When you stayed you never mentioned that your rooms were hot. I gave you the link how to control Google Nest Thermostart. You can easily control the thermostart by yourself. You can also message me. Oklahoma is cold weather now. All the guests want heater to be on. You should communicate with me If you have issue with hot on your stay. I dont understand how you can correct hotness in your review. It seems to me you just want to give bad review thats why you never mentioned anything in your stay. I never recommended these guests. As a host my recommendation to you please communicate with host before booking for any expectations as well as on your stay. Dont just give bad reviews which-one host can easily fix.

This house met our needs

The property managers were very prompt in responding. We had an issue one evening with the internet and the TV and they responded immediately and worked to resolve the issue. It amounted to just having to unplug the TV to allow it to reset. We had to do this twice which was a minor inconvenience but not at all the fault of the managers- just one of those things. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them! We would book this listing again if need be. Thank you for a good stay!

Mother's 87th bday annual trip

If you are looking for a house for just the decor, this is not the house for you. However, if you are looking for a house that makes a great stay, this is the listing for you! Although this is an older house, it suited our needs PERFECTLY. The house is plenty spacious, beds are super comfy, and the game room was a HUGE plus and it is situated close to everything. We visited several of the museums, Bricktown, and even hit several casinos while there. All within 15-20 mins to at most 1.5 hours from the house. We had no issues with the home, owner, neighbors or anything else for that matter. Big Bang for Little Buck!!!

This house is very basic, no decor. Dining room table only seats six, no extra chairs or space. The kitchen floor was sticky and was very small. This is an older house which looked like an amateur did the patchwork and painting. I’ve stayed at many VRBO homes, and this was the worst. Also, I had to call Vrbo to get my refundable deposit back.

House is advertise as you see. You should look the pictures properly before booking. My advise please book brand new house and communicate with host about your questions so that you can get what you want. You should know that security deposit will refund by VRBO, not me. You should ask any money refund questions to VRBO. VRBO maintain my reservation money too. You never pay to me. TV rooms have 2 big sofa and one sofa with foot holding space. 11guests easily can set in the TV room. Upstairs have 2 small sofa too. I am confused do you want to book decor house or stay 1 night only? I have a professional cleaner, it is not sticky at all. You never mentioned about anything when you stayed my house. I can sent the cleaner immediately. You are the only person who complained about cleaning, decor, and refundable deposit back issues. I think you never stayed any-other VRBO houses where you have to deposit money. Sorry to say that I will never recommended you. You booked my property and you are complaint what you booked.

Spacious, two story house

This 4 bedroom 2 story house has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, dining, living area as well as a converted double garage with pool table, dart board and seating area. As in photos of this property it is an older house. It is very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and cups in the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels. There was no sign in the house of pets but outside the outdoor furniture had animal hair on it which I guess is to be expected of a property that allows animals. It has a decent sized fenced back yard which would be good for those with young children or animals. We enjoyed the pool table and dart board and the space.

Family weekend

We were in town for a quick reunion and the OSU v Texas Tech football game. The house was perfect and allowed us the space we needed and the ability to visit and catch up. It was close to the airport and other restaurants and amenities. The host had everything ready! Would stay again!
