Apartment with a dream view directly on the Pearl Bay

The 2-room apartment for 2-3 people was freshly renovated in 2017 and mostly newly furnished. It has about 50 square meters of living space.

The cozy living room has a pull-out sofa bed, dining area directly on the panoramic window
fantastic view of the sea, cable TV, stereo and blackout curtains.
The separate bedroom has a double bed and a spacious built-in closet
as well as a small table by the window for make-up or working.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a vacation: oven, microwave,
Dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker as well
sufficient cutlery, dishes and pots.
The modern shower room has been completely renovated.
The hallway has a cloakroom, and there is also a separate storage room, e.g. B.
for your luggage.

The large south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the sea is equipped with patio furniture.
Watch the passing cruise ships and crab cutters, surfers or kiters on the sea.
There is always a lot to look at, it is also interesting to see how the sea looks
constantly changing at low or high tide.
If the visibility is good, you can look as far as Cuxhaven and the mouth of the Elbe.


Access to the beach and the pearl bay about 200m, the nearest restaurant about 50m,
You walk about 10 minutes into the pedestrian zone on the dike, always with a view of the Wadden Sea World Heritage.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
A free parking space belongs to the apartment.
If necessary, we can provide you with a garage for valuable bicycles or prams.

There are many good restaurants in the town for all tastes, shopping markets, bakeries. At the dike / pearl bay you can rent beach chairs, take a kite or stand-up paddling course
or pedal boating.
There is plenty of employment for children at the Pearl Bay and in town.
In the new Watt’n Huus there is a cinema, a theater and a children's hall.

And everything is easily accessible on foot, the car can park in front of the house in the free parking lot during your entire vacation.
