Ski in/Out Condo Located on Kimberley Ski Resort

Purcell Condos, ground floor corner condo unit directly beside main run of Kimberley Ski hill. Put on skis and ski down to the lift, or ski right to the deck at the end of the day. Outdoor Hot Tub located steps from back sliding doors. Pool and tennis court also steps away from sliding deck doors.

Condo includes a main unit with brand new fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, one Queen bedroom with closet and dresser, full bathroom and living room area with TV/DVD. Living room walks out to a private deck with private BBQ. Attached to main unit is a hotel unit with adjoining doors. Hotel unit includes two double beds, full bathroom, closet/dresser, TV/DVD, with window looking out to the pool. Queen bedroom and hotel unit sleeps 6 people. If more sleeping area is needed, fold out the two sofa beds in main living room unit.

In the winter, be the first on the hill, as you are literally 'on the hill'. Ski right to the deck at the end of the day and enjoy the outdoor shared hot tub.

For summer travelers, enjoy the air conditioning units (2) in bedroom and hotel units. Walk out to the green space and pool area. Tremendous golf nearby...Trickle Creek, Bootleg Gap, Kimberley Golf Course, Shadow Mountain, St. Eugene Mission, Wildstone and Cranbrook Golf course.

The host’s condominium was exactly what we needed for a short ski vacation. Ski in ski out allowed for us to gather for lunches and dinners. Well setup for guest including all basic cooking needs.Hill was super accessible allowing for night skiing for those that chose to do so.Living are allowed for privacy and family time, depending on each person’s wants at that time.

Was in Kimberley for my nephews celebration of life. Was a perfect location to take time out. The condo was perfect right off the pool and surrounding area quiet and picturesque. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was super well stocked and the decor lovely. Bed and bedding was nice and all tied to get her very nicely. Only thing I wish we would have known before we booked was that the pool and hot tub were not in working condition. I would absolutely stay again but only if pool and hot tub working. So easy to pop in and out of the condo from the ski hill. The place was clean and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay and would return. Sadly the hot tub was under construction during our stay. I wish this was noted in the property description.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this particular suite. We knew we liked it from last time so it was an easy choice. The suite is large and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were open this year which was great. We will definitely look for this place again when booking in the future.

I recommend a tv in the main room, bathroom could use grab bar, windy being top of mountain , spacious, perfect on level ground right outside of pool. It was not disclosed in Expedia the pool and hot tub not open which was the main reason property was chosen seems to be a reoccurring issue based on past reviews. Communication with owner was good, clear instructions. Nice property overall. What you see in pictures is true to it.

Great condo on the ski hill. Clean and updated interior. The only negative is that the pool and hot tub were being serviced and weren’t open. Otherwise it was an awesome stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I with our two kids live in Calgary Alberta. We love to get out of town to enjoy the condo in both winter and summer months. It's a great little get away spot for us. When we're not there, we're happy to allow others to enjoy the area.

Why they chose this property

We started travelling to Kimberley for ski trips when I was a kid. My parents ended up buying a property in the same building, so we have been going there for a long time. After my parents bought and sold a few of the units in the Purcell building, we ended up buying this one from them. Over the last 6-7 years, we've done several upgrades to the condo, and will continue to do so.

What makes this property unique

In winter, we love to be able to ski to the deck door and come in for a quick bowl of soup or a hot chocolate before going back skiing. In the summer, we love to sit outside the deck on the grass overlooking the pool and hot tub area.
