Apartment for the small family

1. Floor, extra entrance, 43 sqm. Non smoking, satellite TV, bathroom with tub, 25 sqm living room, kitchen with dining area, coffee, washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi available free of charge.

Children welcome! There is a "dragon cave" for you to play and sleep in.

With a stay of at least 7 days:
1 box of mineral water, 1 organic fruit basket, 1x wellness bath for the lady


On the first floor of our renovated farmhouse is the comfortably furnished apartment, which you can reach via a separate entrance and stairs.
The living area of the light-flooded 25sqm room with old parquet floors has a sofa, relaxation armchair and satellite TV and is functionally separate from the sleeping area (natural wood bed cherry, 140 cm)

For children - and young-at-heart adults there is a kite cave for playing, sleeping, retreating, cuddling, with a 140 mattress also wonderfully suitable for spending the night.

Kleine Wohnung im Og. Mir Dachschrägen.Leider keine Dusche. Badewanne. Küche sogar mit Spülmaschine. Alles okay, leider je nach Windrichtung Geruch vom Schweinestall in der Umgebung. Sogar ein Hofladen mit Wurst und Fleisch in der Parallelstraße.Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Danke

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir sind sehr gut angekommen. Haben den Schlüssel gefunden. Wir waren sehr überrascht über die schöne große Wohnung. Sie ist sowie Sie beschrieben haben. Ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Bett, sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die ruhige Lage der Wohnung sehr genossen. Nur die Geräusche von Vögel Störche die klapperten Kirchturm Uhr die uns die Zeit ansagten und Geräusche des Dorflebens. Es war wunderschön. Wir haben viele Ausflugsziele in nähere und weitere Umgebung genutzt. Unser Urlaub war sehr schön und erholsam. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Ewers

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr gute Lage für Radfahrer und sonst Erholungssuchende. Es ist nicht weit zu zahlreichen Seen. Die Radwege sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung,bis auf ein Paar Kleinigkeiten in der Einrichtung, ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Ortsteil indem die Welt noch in Ordnung ist. Ferienwohnung ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, sogar scharfe Messer sind vorhanden, bringe ich immer selber mit. Kasten Wasser gratis vom Haus. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Anbindung im Altmühltal

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Aha sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen Dorf ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von Gunzenhausen. Man erreicht die umliegenden Seen bequem mit dem Fahrrad. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, wir haben viele Tipps für Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten bekommen. Danke für die schönen Tage!

Perfektes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und liebevoll gestaltet und bestens geeignet für Alleinreisende oder ein Paar mit maximal einem Kind (super Drachenschlafhöhle). Die Küche ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Verkehrstechnisch ruhig und doch ist man sehr schnell an den Seen und in Gunzenhausen. Für mich war das einfach super!

Vermieter waren sehr freundlich,besonders schön war der Kasten Wasser,denn wir kamen bei sehr großer Hitze an.Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen ,nur unser Kind wurde von Schnaken zerstochen.Wohnung ist zentral gelegen,alle Seen sind gut zu erreichen.

Für große Ĺeute nix

Leider war das Bett für 2 Leute viel zu schmal, so das jede Nacht zur Sardinenerfahrung wurde. Die Ferienregion klappt dann nach dem 3. OKTOBER auch die Bürgersteige hoch, so das kein Fahrradverleih mehr aufhalte. Schade.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen den Mühltalseen, somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Seen und Strände innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Angebot in der Gegend an Freizeitaktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist groß. Alle interessanten Prospekte liegen in der Wohnung bereit.

Wir waren im Juni 2017 in Aha (Gunzenhausen). Das Freizeitangebot ist sehr gut, für Groß und Klein alles dabei. Wir können diese Gegend nur weiterempfehlen.
