Our beautiful wooden house is located near Zingst, one of the most famous resorts on the Baltic Sea. The fully equipped cottage is idyllic and quiet, away from the tourist bustle but still central for many companies. The Bodstedter Bodden with its newly created port, the jetty for the ferry trip and an inviting beach is within a short walking minutes. Cycling enthusiasts can reach the beautiful seaside resorts of Fischland-Zingst in every direction.

Haus war ok, eine Woche kein warmes Wasser, technischer Defekt kann passieren, Vermieter war aber kulant und hat den Preis nachgelassen. Das Haus ist trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Ausstattung

Die Lage ist sozusagen der Kompromiss aus Entfernung zum Bäcker in Pruchten und Boddenzugang in Bodstedt. Der Weg nach Zingst ist auch mit Fahrrad recht gut, einige schmale Stellen. Nach Barth und Westen top. Leider gibt's sonst wenig Infrastruktur in der Region, aber das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet zum Kochen, Grillen, entspannen. Für kleine Kinder ist viel Spielzeug vorhanden, Mückenschutz ist an allen Fenstern. Die Hausverwaltung ist aus dem Funkloch (Stand 2022, Funkturm ist leider noch nicht in Betrieb) schwierig erreichbar. Mit Kindern ist der Eichelhäherwald einen Besuch wert. Hinter der Siedlung wohnen Rehe und Fuchs und Hase sagen Gute Nacht. Wir würden mal wieder hinfahren!

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Stille incl rauschende Bäume. Inmitten von einem Birkenhain. Der Grundriss gut aufgeteilt. Sauna super, noch schöner wäre es incl Duftwasser gewesen. Super bequeme Möbel. Eckgrundstück, somit mehr "Kuckfreiheit". Wir kommen wieder, das ist klar ;)

schnuckeliges Blockhaus

Wir haben ein super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend vorgefunden.... genau das was wir gesucht haben. Die Privatsauna im Garten war das I-Tüpfelchen auf den positiven Gesamteindruck. Man sollte nur wissen, dass der Schlafbereich unter dem Dach nur in der Raummitte aufrecht begehbar ist. Die Dachschrägen zwingen erwachsene Person zu einer gebückten Haltung, manchmal etwas schwierig ins Bett zu krabbeln. Da Bad ist sehr beengt, reicht aber im Normalfall aus. Wir haben uns in der Zeit dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

wunderbar erholsam

Wir hatten tolle Tage in dem zauberhaften Holzhäuschen in Fuhlendorf, es liegt so wunderbar idyllisch ruhig, ist gemütlich, und es fehlt an nichts. Die Nähe zum Darß ist toll, wir haben großartige lange Strandspaziergänge unternommen. Wir können es absolut weiter empfehlen. Das einzige, was uns dann aber doch aufgefallen ist, was man verbessern könnte, wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Unser Sohn war vollkommen zerstochen, das war nicht so schön, vor allem weil wir so auch nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit gehobener Ausstattung

Zu dritt waren wir für 1 Woche in Fuhlendorf in der FeWo untergebracht. Die Ausstattung des Objekts inkl. Küche war sehr gut. Die Küche war mit Geräten, wie auch Kochtöpfen gut bestückt, einzig ein Handmixer hat unserem Empfinden nach gefehlt. Der Wohn-Essbereich war sehr schön ausgelegt (Blick in die Natur) und auch am Kamiofen, den wir trotz des "warmen Monats Juli" öfters nutzen, sorgte für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Bad/WC, zwar klein, war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Überraschend emfpanden wir, dass hier nur eine Glastür vorhanden war, denn das Bad/WC war direkt beim Eingangsbereich und auch von der Küche aus war gut zu sehen, wer sich darin aufhielt - man sollte sich also schon gut kennen :-). Ameisenkiller und Mückenspray dabei zu haben ist in dieser Unterkunft bestimmt auch kein Fehler.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Für vier Personen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) allerdings etwas zu klein. Leider stand die Sauna wegen eines Wasserschadens kurzfristig nicht zur Verfügung. In der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos wird zudem der Eindruck erweckt, die Sauna gehöre unmittelbar zum Ferienhaus, sie steht aber auf dem Nachbargrundstück, das von einem Dauermieter bewohnt ist. Ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache, im Bademantel durch andrer Leute Garten zu laufen. Deshalb sollte darauf schon in der Anzeige deutlich hingewiesen werden. Der Ort selbst bietet kaum Infrastruktur, aber Barth mit netten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer sehr schönen Altstadt ist nicht weit. Zum Ostseestrand sind es einige Kilometer, mit Fahrrädern zwar durchaus erreichbar, aber für kleine Kinder ist die Tour zu lang, zumal bei Hitze und mit reichlich Strandgepäck. Sehr freundlicher, zuverlässiger Hausverwalter vor Ort!

Schönes Haus, aber ausgelobte Sauna nicht nutzbar

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber, schön gelegen, hochwertig eingerichtet, Satelliten-Fernseher, jedoch kein WLAN (auch nicht ausgelobt), vollausgestattete Küche, hochwertiger Kohlegrill. Hochwertige Fahrräder. Sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Verwalter, der jederzeit erreichbar war. Die ausgelobte Sauna stand nicht zur Verfügung, da sie auf dem Nachbargrundstück steht, welches von einem Dauermieter genutzt wird, der den Zutritt laut Verwalter nicht wünschte. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Haus unseres Erachtens zu klein. Das eine, bequemere Doppelbett ist auf einer Empore unter der Mansarde untergebracht und nur im gebückten Zustand erreichbar. Die Empore selbst ist nur über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Da sich die Sanitäranlagen im Erdgeschoss befinden, gestaltet sich ein nächtlicher Toilettenbesuch schwierig. Nichts für ältere Leute mit Bewegungseinschränkungen.
