Kalmar Sound is only 30 metres away!
Large windows provide a good view of the bay and the jetty. The boat and the canoe at the jetty are included in the rent, but are shared with S35088. The large veranda is partly under roof. The architect has created a generous feeling of space inside, but it is still cosy. Next to the pier there is also a boathouse with a wood-heated sauna from which you have a beautiful view of the bay.
The surrounding area is dominated by beautiful nature and there are several bathing spots. The area is also good for mushroom picking. You can go hiking and mountain biking here. Astrid Lindgren's Värld, Glasriket and the summer town of Västervik are suitable for a day trip. 20 kilometres from the house is Kalmar, with its interesting history and proximity to Öland. In Kalmar you can also eat well, shop and find activities for all ages.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 125.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
