Relax in this quiet Seascape golf villa located in a stunning 300-acre resort of lush greens, lakes, and 2,000 feet of sugar-white sand beach. Tucked away in a peaceful golf course community, yet perfectly central to everything. Walk to the beach via the boardwalk or drive just 5 minutes to free beach parking near Whale’s Tail. Enjoy 5 outdoor pools(2 heated), tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts. Perfect for Mooncrush/music festivals. Beach, golf, music, and relaxation — all in one place.

The villa is a spacious, fully updated two-bedroom condo features an open floor plan and relaxed coastal décor. Sleeping up to six guests, it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk. It offers free parking and has a community outdoor heated pool.

Unwind on the large private patio overlooking the golf course and Moon Crush concert venue—perfect after a day of shopping or soaking up the sun. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy.

Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, plus exterior storage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and other beach essentials for your use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Leave all 6 pool bands and key to the storage. Please take a picture and attach to inbox message thread. We charge $15 for each lost band.
Return all beach gears to storage and shake the sand off as much as possible.
Please empty the refrigerator of any left over food and take all trash to the trashbin located at the trash corrals by the condo entrance. Thank you.

Perfect Beach Condo

Hello. Thank you for visiting. I am a first generation migrant from the Philippines. I came to the USA in the 90's after I was given an employment opportunity as a staff PT at a rehab facility in TX. After my contract ended, I took another job in FL. This is where I met my husband Chris. There we started our family, which we later uprooted and moved to CO. We have 2 boys and they are pretty much grown up. Our family love both the beauty of CO with its snow capped mountains and the serene coastal vibe of FL. To have both worlds, we decided to invest on our second home in Miramar Beach, FL. We truly fell in love with the Seascape community and all that's around it...mostly the beach! And for that, we felt that we should be able to share to others this little piece of haven where friends and families are able to reconnect, share and build precious memories, because we are and we hope that you do too! Welcome.

Why they chose this property

The Providence Beach House is our first vacation home purchase. When we were given the opportunity to buy this little piece of haven we felt that it is happening at a very favorable time, hence the name Providence. It has an idyllic view of the golf course. Short walk to the beach, close to outlet shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The Providence Beach House is centrally and conveniently located. This community offers so much activities that are just few minutes walk away, so you don't have to worry about spending your time driving to places and getting caught in traffic. One more thing that this villa offers is that beachy coastal vibe where you can just leave your shoes and worries at the door.
