About this property

Enormous house with new backyard

2,600 sqft, pet & kid friendly, 4/3 home w/ each room containing a 50” smart TV and a 70” smart TV w/ sound bar in the living room! All amenities: cookware, coffee pot & coffee, grill tools, etc. A modern, open concept floor plan w/ a sequestered master suite & bathroom. Also, a separate office w/ chair & table available. It’s cul-de-sac location allows for plentiful street parking in addition to the enclosed garage w/ remote. Grill in the backyard & relax. Sunset views are amazing here.

Directions to download the app to access the front and back door smartlock is above 👆. The check-in insturctions are very helpful! CALL ME if you can't get in!

- No AC below 70 or unit will freeze!
- If you see anything broken, send a picture!
- Pick up after pets! No pets on furniture! A minimum $250 fee will be charged if pet feces/damages are discovered!
- No smoking inside including e-cigs! Butts go in outside trash bins!
- Trash bins may be on the road. Bring them in if you don’t mind!
- Extra air filters in laundry room and salt for water softener supplied in garage. Feel free to refill!

Check-out:
- Take out trash. If it is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday place trash bins on street for city trash takeaway!
- Turn off AC, turn off lights, and shut the blinds!
- Place used linens on the floor in one pile!
- Clean dishes 🍴, coffee pot ☕️, and empty fridge!
- Place TV remotes where they can easily be found!
- Pick up after pets! A minimum $250 fee will be charged if pet feces/damages are caused by your pet

Great stay

This is the second time we’ve rented from this host. He was very responsive both times and made the stay easy. The house was well kept and gave my kids room to be kids while we were away from home and not cooped up in a hotel.

Trip to Midland Texas.

1. The house was not clean when we arrived. 2. Trash cans, water in front of the house. 3. None of the rules have fire extinguishers in them. 4. Front and backyard was not clean. 5. The house needed to be updated walls with dirt needed. A new bathtub. Carpet was dirty. Front door was dirty did not have enough towels available. The front door kept jamming, took time to lock it..

This is probably one, if not the, largest 4 bed/3 bath home in Midland, Texas. Nearly 2500 sqft of space boast a very comfortable living space for many guests. 4 beds total; nonetheless a tucked away master. All the amenities for enjoyment: smart TV's in each room and living room, cookware, tableware, washer & dryer, office space, even a 2 car locked garage. Plenty of couch space. Great natural lighting. Sunsets here are spectacular. No obstructed views!
