The townhome was awesome and had everything you could possibly need. I especially loved having a garage to keep the car warm in the winter. It was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. My neighbor even suggested activities for me to enjoy during my stay.

Thank you for the kind review! You were excellent guests and we hope you can stay with us again in the future!
Warm regards,

Really enjoyed the property. Beautiful views. We really enjoyed the thoughtful extras that were provided. Plenty of hangers and space in closet, kitchen supplies, loved having the air purifier, seasonings, fans in each bedroom, and boot dryer, tools in the garage were a lifesaver!!!
Only cons: couches were uncomfortable but beautiful, temperature control was finicky with the loft, fireplace didn't work(we never reached out to correct). A con that is not the property owners fault is the hours of the hot tub/sauna. Only after 4 pm and on the days we took a break from skiing it would have been nice to enjoy.

Nice place, poor management
I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but I couldn't. The townhouse was dimly lit, and the "fireplace", which was a gas iron stove, didn't work. Moreover, there was no information on accessing the community hot tub, and it took several days of calling to get information on access. (Why they didn't have instructions in the unit is beyond me.) The big issue was that for four times the regular price (yes, they gouge parents with school age kids during the school winter break), they didn't bother to plow the short but steep driveway. The consequence was that we got stuck twice in the 8 inches of snow when it warmed up and softened. The first time, we lost a day of skiing which was very expensive, so I bought chains. The second time, even the chains didn't help, because the snow was too thick and soft. We lost a half day of skiing. If they are going to take the responsibility of charging so much, they could at least care a bit for the guests to not have such problems.

Bernhardt,
We are sorry you seemed to have such a poor experience at the rental home.
The second time your party reached out about the community hot tub we responded in great detail and have since amended the issue of there being no directions in the home. We do profusely apologize you were not contacted immediately after the first call.
Unfortunately, the driveway and all surrounding roads are managed by an HOA, we certainly would have reached out to the company had we been made aware of the difficulties you were experiencing.
As for the price, we are one of the more affordable rental home companies in the area and we surely do not "gouge" our customers. Your visit was during a peak travel time, hence the higher rates which would be true anywhere.
We hope you visit Big Sky again and have a more pleasurable experience.
Even though this condo was small. It was absolutely fantastic and had everything you would need. The deco was very cool. The location is perfect and the view was wonderful. Management was the best.
