We are just minutes away from downtown Charlotte Amalie, fine dining restaurants and some of the most beautiful beaches. Everywhere is 5 to 15 minutes away, including the airport. This property sits in one of St. Thomas quaint neighborhoods. It is highly recommended to reserve a rental car or ask about our affiliate taxi drivers that can pick you up from the airport or any location around the island (taxi rates do apply).

Beautiful Stay in STT

The property was beautiful, relaxing, had an incredible view, and was very clean. It had the perfect amount of space and then some for our group of 4. Our hosts were very easy to work with and had great recommendations. They also provided beach chairs and towels which was very nice. We would 100% stay here again!

Modern Virgin Island Apartment

We needed a place to stay to attend a family gathering. My family was so surprised at how modern and especially clean the place was. Our family are natives to the island and we have decided whenever we come to visit, we will be staying at Southside Serenity.

AMAZING STAY AND SPECTACULAR VIEW!!

It felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived until the day we left everything was wonderful. From the cleanliness of every room down to the floors. It was so clean that my family and I could walk barefoot, which we all loved because it reminded us of home. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the sheets were so soft and smelled so good. This is definitely a MUST STAY property. We will definitely be back!

Truly a serene experience

We loved Southside Serenity! Even though the apartment is technically part of the larger house, we felt we had complete privacy (except for when the cutest kittens came to visit!). The place is clean and updated. The host, Trevor, greeted us upon arrival and showed us the around. We loved our stay here.

Million dollar views

The only problem with this property is that you can’t rate it 6. Great views, tastefully furnished and decorated, clean, comfortable, modern. It’s the perfect place for two couples or a small family. Trevor was great and very helpful…this place gave us a new found interest to return to St Thomas!

Picture perfect!

The view is amazing, the condo is spotless, beds are comfortable! The driveway is very steep and taxi from airport wouldn’t go down. Kedith was recommended for future taxi use and she was fabulous! GPS not accurate for directions. We contacted owner and she promptly sent directions.

Great property for small families

We had a terrific time in St. Thomas and part of it was due to the property we stayed in. This place was clean beyond clean. All the facilities worked as advertised, great balcony to hang out on and the views of the South side of the island were beautiful. My only issue was that we have 2 teenage boys and the second bed was a full, not really conducive for them. There is a separate air mattress available but we really didn't want to mess with it. Also, it is a challenge to get to initially but that is true of a lot of places on this island and it is fairly convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

A Slice of Island Heaven!!

Staying at this property was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing, upscale island escape. The space was spotless, stylish, and flooded with natural light—offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. Every detail was accounted for, from beach towels, to games, to fully stocked essentials that made packing and planning a breeze. The onsite washer and dryer was an unexpected luxury that made traveling with family so much easier. It’s those thoughtful conveniences that truly set this property apart.The views were absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping vistas of the Caribbean Sea right from the balcony - 2 of them! An ideal spot for morning coffee, reading, or just relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was perfect and couldn't have been better! It was tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, yet conveniently close to beaches, dining, shopping, and historic Charlotte Amalie. The host went above and beyond - communicative, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay flawless.I could go on and on about this property. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a family vacation, it's truly a gem. Simply put, this was the most seamless, enjoyable, and memorable stay we’ve had on any island. We left completely refreshed and already dreaming about our return. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's beautiful. My only complaint is the hall bathroom shower doesn't get hot. I just went and showered in the other bathroom. You will definitely need a rental car to stay here. Trevor and Jenelle were very accommodating and very nice! Will definitely stay again!

It is always exciting to have travelers visit the Virgin Islands, America's Paradise. While we are in the Virgin Islands, my family and I enjoy an early morning swim at Limetree Beach, restaurant hoping and visiting our nearby St. John, VI.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideal for guests that wants to be able to relax and still be near to all the fun things that St. Thomas has to offer. We are just five minutes from Limetree Beach Resort and Bolongo Beach Resort, which offers beaches, dining and bar options. The airport is less than 20 minutes away and we encourage all guests to catch a 15 minute ferry to St. John.

What makes this property unique

The unit is equipped with, beach towels, snorkeling sets and a small cooler, a huge patio and ample recreational space. This property is meant to ensure your continuous comfort. Each room has air-conditioned units. The Virgin Islands is known for its frequent power outages, so the property is powered by solar energy. The views here are breath taking and the neighborhood is cute, mature and safe. Staying here will give you the true feeling of cozy island living.
