The holiday home is located in a forest edge location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. The holiday home has a large living room on the ground floor and plenty of space for a cozy get-together. From here you can also reach the large terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and (1.80 x 2.00 m) Scandinavian-style furniture, as well as the bathroom. Last renovation of the house took place in 2018. The bed linen is inclusive. Please bring your own towels.
Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located guest's home & # 147; are the spa administration and a library.
On the spacious plot in the immediate forest location is a separate house (last renovation 2018) and a cottage with two residential units Each unit has a cozy terrace, or a balcony. The property is very suitable for several families or friends. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 1000 m.
