Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

***Check in information: On your scheduled arrival date, renters will go directly to the resort and check in at the front desk. Renter will need a pictured ID for check in. The front desk staff will assist you in registering for your condo, keys, directions to your condo and a parking pass if needed. Separate security deposit is required by the resort at check in, this will be refunded as long as no damage is done to the condo. The resort does not guarantee early or late check outs, they are based on availability only on the day of. Any name changes after the initial request to reserve will incur an additional fee to re issue a guest certificate in a new name. Any questions on check in, please call the owner directly.****
