Excellent owner and property

Monika was very accommodating and gracious letting me stay in her home after Hurricane Ian had just hit. The property is amazing and very well kept. Would definitely recommend her and her property for anyone looking to enjoy Cape Coral and Ft Myers.

Great Vacation!

The house is situated in the best area of Cape Coral in a very friendly and safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located to all things in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel. Property is exactly as listed with a well-stocked kitchen, new appliances and comfortable beds. We found the home clean and well maintained. Even the light switches are labeled to make it convenient for first time visitors. We really enjoyed the heated pool where we spent most of our days. If ever necessary, Monika was always available and very responsive to answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

Great Find!

This place was wonderful! Came fully equipped with almost everything we needed that we usually have to buy/bring ourselves such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, beach towels, dish soap, dish washer detergent, etc. They also had items we never expected them to have such as beach chairs, inflatables, cooler, sand play items, and a highchair. The unit was very clean, smelled great, and had child safety locks which put our mind at ease. The beds were comfy, and rooms were spacious. The neighborhood seemed very safe, and we were only a 15-minute walk to the neighborhood restaurants. The only things missing from this unit was maybe a tv in the guest room and a safety gate around the pool. Also, we would have preferred there to be a less spiders, but a quick sweep of the pool area relieved us of the situation. Thank you for the great stay, would definitely return!!!

Monika is a great communicator and makes it easy to ask questions about the property. The house is very large and comfortable. Location was perfect for me. Close to good restaurants, nightlife and easy drive to beaches and interesting locations. Only downside was the extreme cold weather Fl was experiencing in February. Made swimming in the pool a little difficult since temperature wasn’t easy to maintain. Highly recommend staying here again.
