Welcome to Lovers Key Resort 1105, an elegant one-bedroom, one-bath waterfront condo. Due to its unique location nestled between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Lovers Key Beach has been rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. The amenities of a luxurious high-rise resort greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. A spacious lobby and welcome desk are on this level, as well as a fitness room and community room with desk, computer and internet access. Lovers Key Resort offers a beautiful heated pool with waterfall and hot tub. There is a well-appointed 24-hour fitness center. Laundry facilities are credit card operated, and there is a coin-operated vending machine for laundry supplies and an ATM machine. In addition the resort is the home of Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant on site! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.

Upon entering your condo, a corner unit, you will be immediately drawn to the outstanding panoramic water views of Estero Bay. Throughout the this condo, there is beautiful, newly-installed wood plank vinyl. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and granite countertops. It is complete with a single stainless-steel sink and all the items necessary to create a full course meal, or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. There is an elevated peninsular bar with three high-boy bar chairs on the great room side. An elegance abounds throughout the great room as it beckons you to come in and relax. A wall of floor to ceiling windows with panoramic water views will captivate you. There is a sleeper-sofa and large flat screen TV, and also near the sliding glass doors to the balcony is a dining table seating four. Open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the balcony, above the tree tops, and take in the unbelievable views. A dining area on the lanai, in addition to the inside dining room and breakfast bar afford you with many options for where to eat.

When it's time to retire, slumber peacefully on the king-size bed. The bedroom has a large closet and plenty of dresser space and a flat screen TV. Awake in the morning to the most incredible sunrises right from your bed. Floor to ceiling windows keep this room bright, with blackout drapes to ensure your sleep. The bathroom is handicap accessible & has a large walk-in shower for a quick rinse off, as well as a make-up area.

Please note the condo association does not allow smoking poolside or on the balconies at this complex. Lovers Key Resort has a large uniquely shaped heated pool with waterfall overlooking Estero Bay and a hot tub sits close to the waters edge. At the entrance of the community, you'll also find a designated trolley pick-up area, clearly marked with a sign.
