The house is a contemporary dwelling (built in the early 1980s and partially renovated in 2015) located on the heights of the commune of Sauliac-sur-Célé. On a 2-hectare property, you will have access to a wooded and shaded plot of approximately 8,000 m² situated on the terraces (former cultivated plots). The land is completely private with no easements or public roads. The site offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Célé Valley, while remaining secure as the house is nearly 100 metres from the last terraces. In the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, the valley site is a protected natural area, so you can enjoy clean air and soothing silence. The house is simple and functional; You will find the comfort and equipment necessary for a pleasant stay. - 2 attic bedrooms of 15 m2 and 10 m2 with 5 sleeping places, - a shower room, - a living/dining room, - a veranda. Sauliac and the Célé valley are preserved and protected areas; Nature and sporting activities are therefore the most obvious...
Hiking (GR), cycling (mountain biking on the Causse, cycle touring in the Valley), canoeing on the Célé, horse riding, climbing… the choice is vast!
