C911, 9th floor, Gulf Facing unit! ASK ABOUT POSSIBLE DISCOUNTS!!


Gorgeous 3 Bedroom 3 Bath unit located in the C Building is ready for you! This unit has recently received several upgrades including New Furniture, New Bedding, and a HUGE 85” Living Room TV. This unit is on the 9th Floor and overlooks the upper deck pool and splash pad with the beach spanning your views in the background. The Master bedroom has a King Bed and its own entry/exit to the outside balcony. The Master bath has a walk in shower, large jetted tub and his and her sinks. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with its own full bathroom and Bedroom 3 has a queen over queen bunk bed also with its own bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Kitchen is up to date with nice Stainless appliances as well as a stand alone Scotsman sonic nugget ice maker and wine cooler. The Living room has a wrap around couch to seat everybody as well as a 6 person dining table and 4 bar stools for everyone.

Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

A large dock for your boat is available for a nightly fee. Please ask for that info as it varies on the size of the vessel.

great spot for families

The Orange Beach area has a lot to do for kids of all ages. We chose this property because of all of the amenities available for kids (e.g. indoor pools, arcade, basketball, bocce ball). We will be coming back for sure.

Great resort!

Love the resort! The unit was clean, spacious and had a great view. Host was wonderful and very communicative. I didn’t love the location because you can’t walk out to the beach but I knew that when booking. The complimentary shuttle takes you to the beach across the street and the process was easy. But to be honest the resort has everything you need.

July 4th Bash

Had a great week in Orange Beach. Our condo at the Caribe was excellent with Gulf views overlooking the upper pools and lazy river. Plenty of space for our party of seven in this 3-bedroom. Ready to go back !

Great property! Very very spacious. Pools are awesome. Our daughter loved the lazy river! Very clean condo with nice bedding, and BIG TVs. Great parking right by the entrance and elevators. Can walk over to Cobalt which in my opinion one of the best restaurants on the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach Vaca! 🏖️

My family and I stayed in this condo for vacation. It was so spacious & prettier than the pictures. Everything is in the resort, that you really never need to leave. The kids loved the pools & the slides. We even rented jet skis from the marina. We enjoyed ourselves & would definitely stay here again. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Property was clean and the host was responsive to questions. Great location for beach access yet secluded from other hotels and condominiums. We enjoyed the lazy river and many pools. Saw dolphins from the walkway along the bay. Convenient covered parking. Cobalt restaurant next door was delicious. Convenient location to Pensacola and Fort Morgan. Would stay again.

Awesome unit

Great Thanksgiving trip for the family. The large tv in living room was excellent for watching the Iron Bowl. Allison was amazing in everything. This is what customer service is suppose to be. The view from the balcony was awesome. I can’t recommend enough. Will definitely come back for future trips. Thanks again Allison.

Weekend trip!

We have stayed at the Caribe many times and have always had nice condo’s and I must say, this condo is by far my favorite condo unit there. The spaciousness and cleanliness was fantastic . Plenty of room for everyone on the sofa sectional while watching sports on the enormous tv. This unit has everything you will need to make your stay worry free. Great communication with the property manager and she made sure we knew everything for our stay. If you are looking for a place at the Caribe….then this one is it.

Anniversary

Allison was extremely helpful with any questions we had and made the entire process super easy. The beds are extremely comfortable, the entire unit was very clean and the view of the ocean and pool is amazing! The huge tv in the living room is great especially since it’s football season. The wife and I had a fantastic anniversary. The depression set in not long after our departure and I wanted to turn around and go back! I honestly don’t want to stay anywhere else next time we go back to Orange Beach. Thank you for everything, Allison!

Condo was great. The amenities of the condo association were far from par. Broken hot tubs and pools

This property was beautiful. Great location close to beach, beach view on our side. The other side for our friends condo was the bay (also) beautiful. It’s a shame I have to be negative at all because the owner did their. But the association did not. There were pools and hot tubs not working. I get maintenance so the couple pools that were closed are fine but make sure the ones you have open are functioning properly then.

This property has so much to do, the condo is perfectly laid out, and the beach is super secluded. My boys fished from the docks and the beach all week, and our littles loved days at the beach and days at all the different pools, playground, etc.. Allison is beyond awesome at everything she does.

Relax and Recharge

We have visited Orange Beach for the last three years and love the town, this was our first time to stay at this resort. They had lots of fun activities for young and old. My favorite was the lazy river. The shuttle to the beach, restaurant & pier was a huge plus! The property Host was amazing, and very responsive. The unit was pretty well stocked. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the morning on the balcony over looking the ocean. The nugget ice machine was a nice addition to our iced coffee. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than I expected, but not terrible it’s a pretty long pier to walk down but all the extra resort perks make up for that. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
