Aix is fun, vibrant, has great restaurants, bars and nightlife and plenty of interesting shops, museums and things to discover. All of which are within walking distance of my apartment. This is a newly-refurbished apartment (with separate bedroom) with 1 large window in living room, and 3 windows in bedroom and bathroom. Our 34 sq. meter modern nest is a rare find in Aix historic center. Everything is brand new. For such a central and busy location, you will find a tranquil hideaway for your stay in Aix-en-Provence The accommodation sleeps 2. Perfect for 1 couple who wants to enjoy Aix-en-Provence's lively markets, night-life and culture. ・BEDDING・ The home sleeps up to 2 guests. - room : bed 140cm wide ・LIVING ROOM・ Cosy living room with sofa and TV. The lounge is tastefully decorated and will allow you to unwind after your day of adventures and sightseeing. ・KITCHEN・ The kitchen has a full line of appliances (induction cooking stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer). ・BATHROOM・ The bathroom is equipped with an italian-style shower. It is equipped with hair dryer. ・EQUIPMENTS・ ✓ Air-conditioner ✓ Fast Internet wifi connection (fiber) ✓ TV with Netflix™ ✓ Fully equipped kitchen ✓ Linens, towels, soap & shampoo ✓ Iron and Ironing Board ✓ 2 sets of access keys The apartment is located on ground floor. Our guests will get access to the entire apartment located on ground floor of a small building. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT : Self check-in with lockbox. We'll send your check-in instructions 3 days before arrival. PARKING : Best parking option is paid car park 2min walk from the apartment called PARKING CARNOT. Price is 20euros/24hrs. The apartment is located in a semi-pedestrian area. INTERNET : The apartment is equipped with High speed wifi internet (fiber) IMPORTANT: We were very involved in the layout of our apartment and take the greatest care. Please respect our neighbors. Reminder of the internal regulations: - parties / evenings prohibited - strict ban on smoking, including at the window I welcome any questions ahead of your stay about the flat or Aix-en-Provence and how to make the most of your time here.
