It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with two electric hobs, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, and a television. The apartment features a 30m² terrace with an awning and unobstructed views of the sea and mountains. Ref. 329
