Holiday home Groeterstaete 8 is located on the first floor (a lift is available) in a small apartment complex in the centre of Groet in North Holland. It is ideal for a family holiday. The beach is located just 2 km away. Within 8 to 10 minutes cycling you are already on the beach!
A bicycle rental is located diagonally opposite the building.

The spacious holiday home in Groet is nicely and comfortably furnished and has a beautiful location with a nice view. The living room has French doors with a French balcony.

Layout:
hall with separate toilet, spacious living room with comfortable chairs, television and the house has Wi-Fi. Dining table and an open and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, etc.).
Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Modern bathroom with double shower and sink.
Parking is free on the street. Parking in Groet is free of charge. You can park your bicycles indoors in the general bicycle shed.

Hallo, leider gab es anfänglich keine Handtücher nur Bettwäsche. Dies ist in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt worden. Nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin wurden diese bereitgestellt. Dies sollte unverzüglich bei Buchung geklärt sein. Danke und freundliche Grüße

Wohnung war wie beschrieben in einem guten Zustand. Wir waren mit Haustier (Hund) dort und es waren keine 100 Meter bis zu den Dünen. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung, aber …

Leider war die Wohnung nicht gründlich gereinigt: Schuhabdrücke auf dem Boden, Spinnenweben samt Spinne in zwei Ecken, Müll der Vormieter im Bad-Mülleimer, Bremsstreifen in der Toilette, Schuhabdrücke auf dem Boden. Außerdem fehlte es an den Kleinigkeiten: nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine, kein Spültuch, oder -schwamm, nur ein Kleiderbügel da, nur zwei Müllbeutel. Schade, wenn der Eindruck der ansonsten schönen und komfortablen Wohnung durch die Sorglosigkeit (oder den Geiz?) der Vermieter getrübt wird.

Schöne Fewo in Groet

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Es war sauber, lediglich der Fussboden war etwas „oberflächlich“ gereinigt. Die Lage empfanden wir als sehr schön und ruhig, obwohl das Haus an der Durchgangsstraße liegt. Man ist in Groet nicht im großen Trubel, aber mit dem Rad erreicht man alle umliegenden Orte nach kurzer Fahrt. Der Abstellplatz fürs Auto reicht nur für einen Kleinwagen, aber man kann überall im Ort kostenfrei parken.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wie erwartet hatten wir einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub mit fantastischen Wanderungen, die wir wie gehofft direkt von unserer Ferienunterkunft starten konnten. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, so dass wir uns schnell wohl gefühlt haben. Einziger Nachteil war, dass sich die Wohnung bzw. das Haus aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen vor unserem Aufenthalt ziemlich stark aufgeheizt hat und es uns dadurch tagsüber sobald die Sonne drauf stand schnell zu warm wurde. Außerhalb des Hochsommers würden wir aber sehr gerne nochmal kommen 😊

Tolle Wohnung- haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Nicole für die gute Betreuung! Liegt schön zentral, gute bis sehr gute Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen . Man ist schnell auf einem tollen Wander- oder Radweg- landschaftlich wunderschön auch im Winter

Großzügige schöne Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegtem Haus

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Leider fehlt in dem Badezimmer, das nur vom Schlafzimmer betreten werden kann, eine Toilette. Die Bäder sind ansonsten sehr schön und alles war sehr sauber. Die Sauna wurde nicht wirklich warm. Die Ausstattung in der Küche (Geschirr (alt und abgenutzt) / Schüsseln (nur eine)) entspricht nicht dem Standard der Wohnung. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausdame war sehr nett.
