All bedding, towels and washcloths are now included for your comfort. Nestled in a beautiful, peaceful community of Towamensing Trails surrounded by nature, trails, and peaceful scenery, this spacious home is perfect for families and friend groups.

The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private deck access to hot tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of bunk beds, and bedroom #4 features another queen bed (every bedroom is equipped with its own tv & dvd player).

The living room includes 2 queen size sleeper couches, a gas fireplace, and a 50" tv. Enjoy plenty of entertainment with wii games, poker chips, and movies for all ages.

The game room is packed with fun, including a full-size pool table, full-size ping pong conversion top and a 42" tv, dart board and arcade machine with 700 games on it.Guests especially love the shuffleboard table and the Golden Tee golf game!

The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
Relax on 2 decks- one in front of the home and another off the primary bedroom- with a 4 burner gas grill & propane provided.
The home offers wi-fi, a HOT TUB THAT IS ALWAYS CLEANED!
And guests love the classic arcade machine with 700 of your favorite games and a Golden tee golf game. We always are maintaining and upgrading our home. We had a water purification system installed for added comfort.

Community Homeowner amenity badges are OPTIONAL and are NOT included with your rental
Guests who wish to use the community amenities must request badges (a maximum of 8) prior to your stay and pay a $200 refundable amenity badge deposit in advance! Children 5 & under DO NOT require an amenity badge.
• IF DEPOSIT WAS PAID - 8 AMENITY BADGES can be found on “HANG BADGES HERE” SHELF ON THE 1st LEVEL OF THE HOUSE BY THE DOOR GOING UPSTAIRS

SAFELY HAVING A FIRE
2. WATER HOSE MUST BE WITHIN 10 FEET OF FIRE PIT
3. KEEP FIRE SMALL & MANAGEABLE
4. ALWAYS KEEP CHILDREN & PETS AT A SAFE DISTANCE
5. ALL OUTDOOR FIRES MUST BE ATTENDED TO AT ALL TIMES, as required by Penn Forest Township Ordinances.


6. NEVER BURN ANYTHING OTHER THAN SEASONED WOOD LOGS!! NO GLASS, CANS, TRASH, TREATED LUMBER OR LEAVES.
7. STOP FUELING THE FIRE 30-60 MINUTES BEFORE YOU WANT TO LEAVE
8. NEVER LET THE FIRE BURN OUT ON ITS OWN!

The fire pit is available for guest use, but guests agree to assume all responsibility for injuries or damages caused by misuse or negligence. Use of fire pit is at your own risk. The property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from its use.

Ensure that you have read all the rules of our community and home on the site in the rental agreement upon booking! here are just some of the rules
• Quiet hours 11:00 pm - 8:00 am
• On all vehicles - You must immediately display your trash/community pass matching your license plate #
• Occupancy – 12 adults
• Dogs must be leased at all times – this must be communicated with owner upon booking to bring dogs
• Even though you’re in the wilderness – pet waste must be disposed properly (REMEMBER TO BRING DOGGIE WASTE BAGS)
• Fireworks of any kind are prohibited in Towamensing Trails community
• The fine for fireworks is $500 and will be imposed by community security.
• No trash of any kind is to be placed outside house- even for a short time- trash compactor address - 46 Towamensing Trails. Hours are posted on fridge & in welcome book at house. Fines will be imposed by security.
• Fishing in our community- anyone 16 years or older must have PA Fishing License
