The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. Kitchen is well stocked, including spices. The owner is pleasant and prompt with communication. The balcony is large and private with an amazing view!

Family Getaway

Fantastic stay at Holiday Isle. Property is exactly as pictured. We recommend this condo for girls’ trip or family time away from the day to day world. The third bedroom (aka bunk room) would be perfect for a family with littles. Linda, thank you for sharing your lovely property with us.

Great trip!

The property was great! It was well equipped for our family vacation. We loved the location and loved that there were some restaurants across the street to take advantage. Our family loved the pool options when the daily rains arrived but we spent most of our time at the beautiful beach. We also love to play board games and the balcony was a great space for that. Linda was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit and Dauphin Island!

Highly Recommend!

The unit was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. We found the unit to be very clean and perfect for our family of five plus my 91-year old mother. My mom spent her days on the large balcony watching the kids play on the beach. She even stated that she hadn't so good in years! Check-in and check-out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxation at the Isle

This 3 bedroom condo unit in Holiday Isle was perfect for the 4th of July week on the beach. We sat on the balcony and watched a wonderful fireworks display and spent hours on the beach with our 4 grandchildren then walked back to the condo and swam in the pool. Relaxation at its greatest. Can't wait to come back again! Thanks Linda for letting us use your unit. Perfect setup and well stocked.

Perfect vacation rental

This was a wonderful property for our first trip To Dauphin Island. We spent a lot of time out on the spacious balcony! Inside everything was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pans and even some seasonings for cooking out meals. The large bath tubs were great! There were even beach extras in some of the closets that my family enjoyed using. The beach access was nice and not too far of a walk for us. We loved the pool for a change from swimming in the gulf. Check in and out was simple. They had lots of carts available to get eveything up and down from the garage. The instructions for the gate and access was good though I must have missed the note about the code for the pool and coming back from the beach. Of note we did have a fire alarm go off once in the middle of the night so we just had to wing it and follow others to stairs and garage. Overall loved our stay and hope to be back again! (Absolutely loved the fresh seafood at Skinners)

Great time had by ALL

I had been to Dauphin Island in college for research purposes and when we were looking for an affordable beach getaway for the summer my wife said something about Fort Morgan, I suggested we look at Dauphin Island. I am glad we did. We were impressesd with the condo when we walked in the door. The decor was beautiful and the layout perfect for my family. When we reached the deck overlooking the beach we knew we made the right decision. We enjoyed being able to cook our meals and having everything we neded to make our meals. We grilled hamburgers one evening on the grills down by the pool. We rode the ferry into Fort Morgan twice to play and eat at Gulf Shores. We enjoyed time on the beach and playing in the pool. I enjoyed the relaxed secluded beaches and my wife enjoyed having enough people to visit with to converse and meet new people. The fishing rodeo was in town so we saw many boats and fish. One of the things my family truly enjoyed was the amount of wildlife we were able to see. We watched birds dive for fish, caught crabs of an evening and watched fisherman reel in their catches all from the beach in front of the condo. We enjoyed our time and are thinking of the next time we will come down. Regret we did not get to do everything on the island, but that makes us want to come back. Highly recommend the Island and Holiday Isle.

Fabulous Condo=Wonderful Week on Dauphin Island

Stunning condo with a balcony that was a true haven. We enjoyed so many early mornings and late evenings sitting on the huge balcony; sometimes with coffee and a good book, other times with binoculars in hand to watch all that the view had to offer; shrimp boats, dolphins, and kite boarders. We even ate dinner on the balcony when temperatures allowed. Our first two days of vacation kept us pinned in the condo due to continual storms filled with thunder and lightening. The balcony was so large that it allowed all of us to step outside and watch the storms during the evening. We were a large party with 4 adults and 4 children; 3 of those teenagers. The condo offered plenty of space for our crew. Bathrooms are spacious and the full laundry room was a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable appliance or gadget you would ever need. We cooked most of our meals. We enjoyed the ease of going back and forth to the beach. The walk from condo to the beach is .25 miles, allowing us to walk off our extravagant eating during vacation! Another perk was having The Reel Deal and Island Rainbow restaurants right across the street. Teenagers, who eat all...the...time, could easily walk across the street for shrimp and fries, a po'boy sandwich, pizza, snow cones or ice cream. My husband and fifteen year old son fished from the beach several mornings and caught lots of variety; croaker, small sharks, catfish, and stingrays. We all joined the crowds at Cedar Point one night and my husband and son walked to the tip of the West End to fly fish one morning when the wind was minimal. At night, the beach is FULL of crabs. We've vacationed at lots of beach destinations along the gulf and the crab hunting was definitely tops on Dauphin Island. The beaches were covered at night! Not only was the condo magnificent and loaded with extras, but Mrs. Linda was so kind and caring. She answered all of our pre-vacation questions and encouraged us to contact her for anything we needed during our stay. We hope to return to Dauphin Island in the future. It was the low key, less commercialized location we were anticipating and this condo was top notch; one of the best we've ever rented for vacation!

Great condo

We loved our condo in Dauphin Island, and was so pleased with the ease of communicating with Linda, the owner. The view was awesome and the patio furniture was the best I’ve ever had at a rental, which is very important to me. The walk out to the beach was the only negative for us. Once we got to the end of the boardwalk, the sand was deep, so it took three of us to get the beach wagon the rest of the way out, which was a good ways. Overall, we loved our stay there.

AWESOME VACATION

Fantastic condo in every way. Beautiful, comfortable and 100% clean. The location and ease of getting to property was fantastic and as we were on the 7th floor, the view was breathtaking. All accommodations were perfect and we enjoyed the beautiful beach for days. Pool was huge and great. THANK YOU!!

A fantastic beach experience

This property was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at at the Gulf. The condo was fully stocked, even with extra beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, even had a blender for making cold drinks for the beach. Kids loved the bunk room. The balcony is HUGE. We ate every meal out there. You can’t beat the location, great views of the water and across the street from ice cream, pizza, seafood, and souvenirs. There is a boardwalk down to the beach which can feel like a bit of a trek when you’re carrying all your beach stuff, just bring a wagon or sand cart (there was even one of those in the condo). we loved the 2 pools and a hot tub for when we needed a break from the ocean. We love coming to Dauphin Island and this condo made our experience even better. We will be back! Thanks Linda!

Wonderful place for a bigger family!

Our family (2 adults, 4 kids) really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep, and the kitchen and condo were so well-stocked! Also, every interaction with the property manager was excellent - felt like talking to a family member. I highly recommend this property!

Relaxing family vacation.

Dauphin Island is a great non-touristy family vacation spot. The condo is fully equipped and very spacious and has a fantastic view of the gulf. My kids loved having access to both an indoor and outdoor pool and the fitness center was a plus on rainy days. It was fun to go out in the evenings to watch the sand crabs. The condo is very family friendly, not much going on in the evenings if you are looking for night-life, but huge porches to sit out and enjoy listening to the waves and playing some games. If you want to rent chairs on the beach, there is a company that will deliver them to you each morning. You just need to reserve the night in advance. The front desk can provide details.

This was our first trip to DI. We had a wonderful experience at this condo. It was clean & well stocked. We had plenty of room for 3 adults & 3 teens. The balcony is amazing. We plan on returning.

Little Piece of Paradise

My husband and I, and our four teenagers enjoyed a week at this lovely home at Holiday Isle in Dauphin Island. There was plenty of room for our family of 6, very clean property with all the essentials, well appointed kitchen, awesome views, nice linens, everything you need. The Holiday Isle facility was also very clean, perfect location for families, beautiful beach with plenty of room to spread out. The property owner, Linda, was very responsive and the whole process was seamless. I sure hope to return. Thank you Linda!

Fantastic vacation

We normally stay at Panama city but this year we decided to go someplace new. I can't Express enough how nice it was to be at a beach that wasn't crowded! We really enjoyed to peacefulness of the island. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great condo!

The condo was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The water pressure in the showers were not all that great and the hall shower sounded like a dying cat. It was too warm to sit on the balcony a couple of days, as there was no breeze. If we had a fan to put outside it would have been perfect. If we go back to Dauphin Island, I’ll definitely rent this condo again!!! It was great!
