This bright and spacious 1 story home has 3 bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms in centrally located in Houston’s Historic 3rd Ward. Is ideal for work from home, business travel, families, and groups! Great nightlife, fantastic bars, restaurants, parks, and family friendly activities. All Just a short drive! Or stay home and relax. Features include, but not limited to a fully stocked chefs kitchen that has a large island, with stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and microwave. The modern living room has an open floor plan with comfy sofas in living room and game room areas, both also have 55” smart TV’s on swivel mounts to watch from any direction. Bedrooms have cozy mattresses that come with all linens, various pillows, and bed coverings. We have WiFi throughout the house, dedicated dining area that seats 8 and 10 when extended, a workstation with a desk, lamp and dry erase board. Outside we have a fenced backyard and large deck with seating, and a picnic table where you can sit and enjoy your meals. There is also string lights for night time enjoyment.

Surprise Wedding Anniversary Party

The property was nice and clean and very well maintained. Ivan was very accommodating and if and when I come back I would love to stay again at that property. It was also in a centrally located part of town too. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you Ivan
