Right on the beach promenade with beautiful SEA VIEW! Chic and spacious 2 - room apartment with modern, elegant and good facilities. Separate bedroom, large comfortable kitchen with dining area, shower room, veranda as living room with direct lake view, south-facing balcony with sun until evening. The apartment has a parking space. In the garage bicycles and the like can be placed. In the house there is a sauna. From Villa Germania you can reach the town center and the well-known Ahlbeck pier in about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is 50 meters away. From May to September, a beach chair is included in the daily rate.
The Villa Germania is a very beautiful, completely renovated Art Nouveau villa in the first row directly on the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The apartments of the Villa Germania are all equipped with password-protected WLAN (equipment-connected, Euro 1,50 per day and per unit) ) As well as a car parking space. In addition, each apartment has its own beach basket at Ahlbecker Strand (access directly in front of the villa), which is available free of charge from May to September. In front of the villa is the garden equipped with beach chairs and furniture. There is also a storage room for bicycles on the property, and a washing machine and a tumble dryer (coin operated) can be used in the house for a fee. A sauna with relaxation room is also available for a fee (coin device).
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 09:00.
