This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bath home boasts spectacular open water views, abundant outdoor living space and a peaceful location. Boating guests are especially delighted by this homes 75 ft. of canal front dockage and ease of access to the Gulf. This homes tropical vibe makes it the perfect setting for a quiet family island vacation.

- Maximum Occupancy: 12 guest with a max of 8 adults (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max. advertised occupancy.

- Parking: 4 vehicle max or 3 cars + 1 trailer (*parking for 1 trailer only)

- 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom - 3 king, 1 full , 2 twins, plus a set of twin bunk beds

- Limited Dockage: 75' Dockage (can accommodate 2 small boats)

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We all loved the house the pool and the hot tub were great The canal had a lot of fish in it we saw manatees we saw dolphins overall great property very nicely landscaped we had a great time We'll definitely be back

What a great location. Close to many restaurants, activities and stores. With a private pool overlooking the gulf, it could not have been better.

Amazing once again

We are return guests at this house and it’s amazing. Pool is awesome and immediate gulf access is essential for our stay. Manatees and tarpon right at the dock.

Great stay, tons of room, hard to find a place with 4 big beds in Marathon,this one didn't disappoint. Easy access to the Gulf right between 7 mile and Vaca cut.

Relaxing

We loved this property. The layout is great for families. We made use of all the seating areas outside and in but the favorite was the lanai under the ‘birdcage’ by the pool.We rented a couple of kayaks and made good use of them. Saw a couple of manatees right by the dock ! Loads of restaurants to chose from close by.

Very accommodating stay for our group.

Everything was great, and the home fit our family perfectly. I would request more everyday supplies available with the stay. Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Having to strip bed sheets and doing laundry prior to leaving is a little frustrating considering the cleaning fees.

This home is perfect for large families. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We could not fimd 1 thing we didnt love about this house. We have a multi generational family so 5 bathrooms was very helpful.

Florida Keys Fabulous

Fabulous location in Marathon Florida Keys. Great views of the Gulf with manatees swimming by. Spacious, clean and great swimming pool. Iguanas can swim! Very private! Six adults and three children. Close to airport.

Beautiful Marathon Home

The house was large enough for our extended family for 12 people. The dock was perfect for the large pontoon boat we rented to fish and have snorkel adventures. The property managers were helpful, the home was clean, the pool and hot tub were maintained adequately as well.

Great house with lots of room!

The house is very nice overall with lots of room to spread out. There is plenty of room for a boat and we even had a manatee visit on a couple occasions. There is also a hot tub now that's not in the listing.

Great Marathon Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was extremely clean and nice. We saw manatees every day and 1 dolphin. The kids caught tons of small grunt fish and snappers right at the house. We also had two tarpon on but did not get them in. The sun rises were nice. We rented kayaks to do our fishing and did ok. We really liked that 4 of the 5 bedrooms had bathrooms.

Great house

This house was great for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The location is good if you want a central location between Key West and Islamorada. It is located at the end of a private road and gives lots of privacy. We saw manatees, parrot fish, snapper and coral right off the dock. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for supplies. We had a wonderful week at this roomy home.

We have a wheel chair bound guest. This property returned in an accessible search. Its only partially accessible and requires going outside to get to the livingroom.

Wonderful location

Very spacious & comfortable home. Most beds were good but headboards are not connected to the beds so they creek. No big deal unless you have children sleeping in there with you. Small little repairs needed & we’re communicate. Location to the ocean was perfect. We could fish off the property. The family had a great time.

Gorgeous location

We come down to The Keys every year, Marathon is becoming one of our favorites now that we have kids. This house lay out was perfect, views were stunning, landscaping was gorgeous. We had family pictures planned on the beach that got rained out so we decided to have them taken at the house. Gorgeous piece of property and very quiet and secluded. Will for sure be back here!

Family vacation

There were 8 of us ranging in age from 21 - 68. Everyone loved this house. From the size of the rooms, decorations, the screened in pool and deck, 5 bathrooms! What was not to love. We had plenty of room to gather for meals in the kitchen, games in the den and family time around and in the pool. We had a dock to tie up the boat we rented for the week and the guys also fished off the dock. It was just a great place for our family in this large home that gave everyone privacy when they wanted it and family time when they wanted it. We would definitely recommend this home to families or group of adults looking for a place to unwind and spend time together, within a few minutes of great restaurants.
This was the view we woke up to from the deck every morning.

Nothing but PERFECT!

Took my bride for a weeks stay and we just loved it. For me I demand 3 things when we’re down in Marathon: Privacy, immediate access to the ocean with good docking for a 32’ CC and GREAT A/C! This house has them all. The covered pool is totally private with a hot tub as well. Split A/C’s keep the house cool even during the hottest part of the day. (This is not common down here). The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. We will be returning next year for sure.

Easy to deal with the host, the house was more than a place to stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. The weather was not the best but the location of this house made everything easy and quick to get to. We had three couples staying here and we had all of our own space when needed. Loved it!!!!
