I really enjoyed my stay here. I can tell a lot of thought and care is put into the home. I was happy with the clear instructions to find the unit, the cleaning of the unit, and how well equipped the space is.

Nice STR

This is a very nice, seemingly new, short term rental that is both easy to use and a very nice place to stay. The one room rental is very clean and has a lot of new finishes and fixtures. It’s set up well for a short term rental and has, very nice outdoor patio area, is close into town and private at the same time. Highly recommended. Would stay here again and recommend for anyone visiting the Chico area.

Chico Getaway

The place was very nice,clean stocked with coffee, tea and any kitchen utensils or dishes you could ever need for a short stay. The setting was great very nice outdoor space for dogs and a lunch on the porch. The host was very helpful and not at all intrusive. Check in and check out was super easy all done via electronics. I will definetly be back here and highly reccomend.

Clean and convenient

The small studio casita was beautifully appointed with modern furnishing. The burnished cement floor kept the space cool and comfortable. One can hear street traffic from inside, but that quiets down early. The private courtyard extends the space so it feels bigger than it is. Loved the updated bathroom!

Two-night stay

We had a great time. The king bed is very comfortable. However, the bed in the sofa is not comfortable. Think that whole arrangement needs to be updated. The vines on the wall along the walk way need to be trimmed. They are overgrown and come out into the path. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Thanks 😊

Perfect Size, Great Location

This may be our new go-to place to stay when visiting family. The space is great, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette met our needs and the private outdoor yard was cool and comfortable in the morning (August). Would love to have a small table to set down our toiletries in the bathroom - but that is our only thought and certainly not a hindrance to how great this place is for us! Love the proximity to town - very walkable! Thank you!
