Cottage on the lake with lake view

The house is winter fine. It is warm and cozy for the quiet time. The lambskins and the fireplace create a romantic atmosphere and the cozy, fluffy pillows do the rest. Cute wooden house right on Lake Neubäuer, approx. 100 m to the water. Spend cozy evenings on the sunny terrace with a view of the lake. If the sun means it too well, an awning protects. A Weber kettle grill makes the pleasure perfect.
The house is romantically heated with a wood-burning stove and was newly furnished in 2017. It has a cozy living-dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom with large rainforest shower, a 2-bed bedroom and a bedroom with a pull-out day bed. The house is located in a former ADAC holiday complex in a beautiful natural forest area. Dogs are welcome, but please consider other people's needs and keep your pets on a leash outside the home.

Beautiful chalet in the woods

À beautiful chalet on a private park, overlooking a lake. Warm and cozy inside with fantastic walks all around the area. Great host, everything was ready for our arrival. She had even lit the wood burning stove. Hope to return soon

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr herzlichen empfangen. Das Häuschen ist mit viel Liebe und allem notwendigen eingerichtet. Man merkt gleich, dass es der Vermieterin wichtig ist, dass sich Ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.Wir haben die Ruhe und die schöne Lage am See sehr genossen. Auch unser Hund hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.Auch die Verabschiedung nach einer Woche war sehr herzlich. Eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. DasHaus ist ein nettes kleines Holzhaus, das direkt an ein anderes Holzhaus angrenzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Es hat eine schöne kleine Terrasse. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, ruhigen Aufenthalt. Von der Gastgeberin wurden wir herzlich empfangen und ausführlich eingewiesen. In der modernen Küche und den Wohnräumen war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Auf der überdachten Terrasse konnte man selbst bei Regen den Eichhörnchen zusehen. Durch die Schatten spendenden Bäume war auch die Sommerhitze erträglich.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Das kleine rustikale Haus ist sehr Sauber! Man kann hinter dem Haus auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Vögeln beim Baden und Futtersuchen zusehen! Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In der geschlossenen Anlage mit eigener Zufahrt gibt es eine Liegewiese mit Steg direkt am See.

Urlaub im Bayerischen Wald

Das Häuschen von Frau Heil ist wirklich traumhaft und wie eine kleine Ruheoase. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und hatte wieder eine wunderbare Zeit, die wir auf der Terasse, bei einem Spaziergang um den See oder in dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit dem Kamin verbracht haben! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und vor allen die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Frau Heil ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett und kümmert sich um alles. Gerne wieder!

Unscheinbares Kleinod

Wir waren mit unserem Hund 14 Tage zum Wandern und Ausspannen dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Häuschen steht zwar nicht alleine, sondern ist Teil eines etwas in die Jahre gekommenen, früheren ADAC-Freizeitparks. Das stört aber nicht weiter: Es ist ruhig gelegen mit sehr netten Nachbarn und schöner Liegewiese. Das Haus bietet für 2 Personen (nicht mehr!) alles, was man braucht: Küche, Dusche, zwei Zimmer plus kleines Wohnzimmer mit Holzkamin. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges kleines Manko: Der vom Gelände aus zugängige Badeplatz mit Steg befindet sich sehr nahe am schilfigen Naturschutzteil des Neubäuer Sees. Dieser ist dort völlig mit Algen zugewachsen, so dass weder Baden noch Schwimmen überhaupt keinen Spaß machen. Schade, wenn auch keine "Schuld" der netten Vermierterin.
