Welcome to The Tides! Budget friendly with a distinctive tropical interior, this Sea Isle home is a place to remember. Invite 8 of your friends & family to enjoy the large deck, cozy interior, beachside access, and neighborhood amenities with you!
Be transported to a tropical paradise with rattan furniture and an inviting interior. Unwind with on the plush couches and armchair, or gather for family game night at the pub table. When it’s time to eat, choose between takeout from a local eatery or cook up your favorite recipes in the fully-equipped kitchen. Both options are delicious when served with a side of Gulf views!
After a long day in the sun, sleep comfortably in the well-appointed bedrooms. The main level has the primary king suite and a queen bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms (showers only). Head up the narrow ladder to the loft for the ultimate kids’ slumber party area with 2 full beds.
The spacious deck can be enjoyed day and night, perfect for watching the sky change color with the sunrise or sunset. Smell the salt water from your doorstep - the beach is only 50 feet away! Pack up your beach cart and get ready for sun, sand, and surf. For bonus activities, purchase a seasonal pass to the neighborhood pool or request a pool key (with refundable deposit) for a fishing trip!

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
