Spacious apartment of 89 square meters in a quiet area with sea view. Beach 7 minutes by car and the Marina Bay of Tangier 8 minutes walk (850 meters), Grand Socco 1 kilometers away.
Hot and cold air conditioning in each room, a large living room and 2 large bedrooms with a king size bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Cleaning done after each departure with clean linen and towels.
Residence with caretaker, supervised 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to the swimming pool is included in the price.
