We are perfectly situated between the activities of Daytona Beach and the serenity of Ponce Inlet, just minutes away in either direction. Our luxury unit is meticulously appointed with modern décor. The wraparound balcony provides both river and ocean views, boasting spectacular sunsets. Amenities include WiFi, cable, oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, gym, free parking, washer/dryer in unit, and more! Please be aware that our pool and pool deck area will be closed for repairs until summer..

Pelican View is amazing!

Beautiful condo! Wonderful views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean! Lots of nice touches!

Daytona Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this rental. We were very impressed with its overall cleanliness. We were surprised by the many extra items provided to make our stay a very enjoyable one. Parking was easy and very convenient. Jon and Carla were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Best Hospitality Ever!

John and Carla were accurate in their description of the property and their communication was timely. The condo was very clean. Everything that we needed, and then some was there. My two granddaughters ages 22 loved the place and appreciated the stylish décor and the extra added candies, coffee (etc.), and beach necessities. The area offered plenty of shopping and good restaurants. We all felt safe and we would love to visit again. Although we have been to many nice places, this was one of our favorites.

This place is incredible!

My brother and I brought our sons down for a vacation which happened to be during bike week, which was concerning in the beginning but ended up being a great time. No traffic, plenty of things to do, condo was exceptionally clean, and nicely furnished. Beds were 5/5! We will definitely be bringing the wives back to this very spot. Hosts were awesome! Restaurant recommendations: Corleones (ate there three times in five days) is on the beach entrance off of International Speedway Blvd, it is a must for a philly, gyro, or pizza. By far the best restaurant was Boondocks for seafood. Crabs Oceanside on the pier right outside the condo had great clam chowder. Steer clear of Crabby's Oceanside, it was mediocre at best. Your stay here will not disappoint!

We have one of the best cleaning services I’ve ever seen . They spend 5 hours on each cleaning between guests and we’ve never been disappointed . We hope to see your rebooking with the wives !
