Casa Percan is new detached house. It is located in a quiet part of Premantura. The beach and center are a 5 minute walk. Land area is fenced, so it is suitable for the children. In the courtyard there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and also space for children and deck chairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, .. In the living room is a sofa bed that can sleep one or two people.
It has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds. It has a bathroom with shower, and washing machine.

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: von hier aus erreicht man in viele Richtungen wunderschöne Strände, sodass es nie langweilig wird. Gleichzeitig ist die Infrastruktur vor Ort sehr gut – man bekommt alles, was man braucht, in nächster Nähe.Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Petra, die uns bei allen Fragen stets freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Der Service war außergewöhnlich: jeden Samstag wurde das Haus noch einmal gründlich gereinigt, die Betten frisch bezogen und frische Handtücher bereitgelegt.Wir waren rundum zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schön aber leider zu kurz

Ein sehr schöner und sauberes Häuschen ideal für 2 Personen, die etwas Platz haben möchten. Super ausgestattete Küche und eine freundliche Vermieterin. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge ins Naturschutzgebiet oder mal eben an den Strand. Leider mussten wir wegen einem gesundheitlichem Problem früher Abreisen , aber es war trotzdem sehr schön. Vielen Dank dafür!

Erholung pur - super freundlicher Service

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe und nur 5 Minuten vom Strand gelegen. Sternschnuppen aus dem Whirlpool beobachten, leckere Barbecues auf dem Gasgrill zubereiten, mit dem Fahrrad auf das Cap Karmenjak zu einsamen Buchten radeln … nur ein paar der Highlights der Locations- wir kommen gern wieder!!!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Liebe Ana, wir haben uns in Ihrem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns zwei genau die richtige Größe und alles sehr sauber! Wir hatten einen Garten erwartet, der dann aber nur eine sehr große Terrasse war. Für uns zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht weiter schlimm. Dafür haben wir uns sehr über den riesigen Gasgrill gefreut. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Rundrum gelungener Aufenthalt

Kleines aber feines Häuschen mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ruhige Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Kap Kamenjak mit weiteren super schönen Stränden gleich um die Ecke. Sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung und liebevolle Einrichtung. Großer und bequemer Außenbereich mit genug Sitzmöbeln und einem Grill. Alles blitzsauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin, schnelle Kommunikation. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wünderschönes Haus

Haus ist sehr schön. Top eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und alles lief ganz einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

The house is lovely

A very well equipped house with a nice and large secluded area in front of it. It is only a few minutes walk away from a very nice bay. Hosts were most welcoming and helpful. We will certainly be back as a week was not enough!
